Fantastic experience: Dave is a very good instructor. I finally got round to doing driving licence and within a space of few months I managed to successfully pass the test on second attempt. Dave is a very patient instructor and good at explaining techniques and rules of driving. He was always on time. I would recommend him to anyone looking for driving lessons in the area.

Fantastic experience: Dave is by far the best driving instructor in the Melton area. Not only is he really knowledgeable about driving, but his delivery of that knowledge is second-to-none. I passed my my theory and practical thanks to Dave. Another thing, the Suzuki Swift Dave has opted for is a great car to learn to drive in. It drives well and is very forgiving if you mess up like going up a to steep of a gradient in the wrong gear. But anyways, if you live in or around the Melton area and what to learn to drive, learn with Dave. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I tried a few driving instructors before coming to Dave and there’s a reason I stuck with him. He is extremely patient and willing to go over even the simplest things that you struggle with as many times as it takes to get it right. As a teacher he is excellent, explaining difficult topics well and ensuring everything is understood before proceeding. I can not recommend Dave highly enough and having passed my test on the first attempt it’s clear his methods work!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dave and Lytes driving school enough. As an older learner who had bad experiences in the past whilst learning to drive (i even stopped for over 8 years!!) Dave was a breath of fresh air, he is calm and personable and really makes the effort to adapt his teaching style to your learning style and individual requirements (something i hadn't experienced in previous lessons). I had a limited amount of time to pass due to starting a new job, and Dave was really flexible with lesson bookings. I passed first time with only a few minors and i have Dave and Lytes driving school to thank for that.

Fantastic experience: I found Lytes driving school as it was very local to me. Dave was very flexible with lesson times and I was able pass my test first time within only 4 months of driving. I had no previous experience in a car but Dave was able to raise my confidence and keep me calm behind the wheel. I gained a lot road experience in different settings and situations including night time, day time, traffic and areas that I had never been before. Even though I was nervous for my test, Dave reassured that I was ready and had no need to be nervous. I would recommend Lytes driving school to any new drivers, male or female.
