Negative experience: Racist harsh woman. Non whites stay away. Treated me like an idiot and wanted me to check the mirrors continuously At end of lesson refused to give car, saying I am not a safe driver even despite telling her that I drove in US for 25 years. Really bad vibes.was not even looking me in the eyes I could just see the agony on her face to interact with me.

Fantastic experience: Good Instuctor, she know very well about the Swindon test route, she is not a money minded person . If you need a Good and knowledgeable instructor go for Urszula driving school.

Negative experience: My wife went for one lesson. She has a licence but has not driven for 15 years. She was totally abused verbally. Avoid this woman.

Fantastic experience: The best driving instructor I don't understand why the other reviews are negative. She explains instructions very clearly...people need to pay more attention when your on the road. I would definitely recommend Urszula.

Negative experience: Seen some very questionable goings on with this, either the instructor has no idea what they're doing or just saying anything to make the learner believe its true

Negative experience: After asking about the price I was simply ignored. After trying to get her attention again I was taunted. Just find a driving instructor with basic communication skills. With an attitude like this I wouldn't even accept her driving lessons for free. Po spytaniu sie o cene zostalem zignorowany. Po ponownym proszeniu sie odpowiedziala mi szyderstwem i lekcewazeniem. Nie polecam, brak jakichkolwiek umiejetnosci interpersonalnych. Z takim nastawieniem nawet za darmo bym nie przyjal od niej lekcji.
