Learning to drive is not easy, but with her guidance and encouragement, I have gained the skills and confidence to get there. What I truly value about Stacey is her unique balance of qualities as an instructor. She brings fun into the lessons, making the experience enjoyable, while also encouraging serious thought and reflection about my driving. She always reminded me that driving is not only about passing a test, but about developing safe habits that will stay with me for life. Stacey has a gift for encouragement—she believes in her learners, even when they doubt themselves. She motivated me to reflect on each lesson, recognise my progress, and keep improving. Her supportive nature, combined with her professionalism, created the right environment for me to learn and grow as a driver. Thank you, Stacey, for your patience, positivity, and belief in me. You are not just a teacher of driving, but a teacher of confidence and self-reflection.

Fantastic experience: Stacy is a fantastic instructor. She made me feel comfortable from day one and really helped build my confidence behind the wheel. I never used to look forward to my lessons with my previous instructor, but Stacey showed me that they could be fun and enjoyable. I always came home feeling like I had achieved something, and looked forward to the next lesson.

Fantastic experience: Stacey is a brilliant instructor who really makes you feel calm, capable, and gets you enjoying the lessons despite the stress/nerves! She's patient and adapts her guidance to what best suits you, giving a good balance of letting you try and helping when needed in an effective way. I passed first time after 30 hours intensive with Stacey. I highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: Stacey is a wonderful driving instructor with a natural talent for helping her students feel relaxed and comfortable. This was my experience as a very nervous driver. I had failed two tests with my previous instructor and hated driving, but Stacey helped me build mountains of confidence and when my test finally came around I passed! Stacey was never once late to our lessons, and kept the Total Drive app up to date with our planned lesson days/times so I always knew the plan ahead of time. Stacey helped me access online learning resources so I could further my understanding of road rules outside of our lessons - and this was crucial for me getting over my fear of roundabouts!! Overall, I could not recommend Stacey/Newtons driving school enough, I recommend her to anybody wanting to learn to drive, but especially nervous drivers!

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test yesterday, first time, and I really cannot recommend Stacey enough. She’s patient, kind and not only gets you test ready but ensures you have all the skills needed for driving for the rest of your life. Fantastic experience: Just yesterday I completed a weeks intensive driving course with Stacey and I couldn’t be any happier with the experience. In just 4 days Stacey was able to work with myself and another student, getting us both test ready and confident on the road. Needless to say we both passed with minimal minors. Anyone looking to get themselves driving and or considering an intensive course should seek out Stacey at Newton’s Driving School.

They provide clear, detailed instruction which follows a lesson scheme that allows you to develop your skills and knowledge quickly and efficiently from a friendly and expert instructor. Fantastic experience: First thing first is to say a massive thank you to Stacey for helping me finally pass my test after a staggering 80 lessons ( half with another instructor). If I'm going to say anything it is that I wish I found Stacey sooner as she is so persistent and so understandable, she is amazing at what she does and I would 100% recommend her to anyone. I struggled a lot and with Stacey's help I passed first time which is incredible because I nearly killed her quite littrally about 5 times, but she helped me through all my little quirks and a lot of major stuff. I know for sure if I didn't go with stacey I wouldn't be where I am today and that's just proves a lot because I was really really bad and we finally got there in the end. Like I said before I 100% recommend stacey if your looking for a reliable, persistent, straight to the point and trustworthy instructor then go with Stacey.
