Fantastic experience: The instruction was very thorough and James went at our son's pace facilitating advice each step of the journey. Jaes, quite literally, went the extra mile. He was flexible enough to pick up my son from college and drop him at home for us which saved us time. He had some really helpful coaching discussions in the car and we are very grateful to the way he challenged our son to improve. He must have one of the best pass rates in the West Midlands and he has a huge amount of experience as a driving instructor. James gave sound advice from very cheap insurance on our car (Collingwood) with a discount code, to recommending apps for the driving theory and support with booking the test leading up to it and rearranging the test due to other commitments. Our son passed first time. It was reasonably priced for the very highest level of professionalism. James is someone you can trust and is reliable. We cannot recommend and endorse James highly enough to other people. This is precision driver training at its very best!

From the very beginning, he has been incredibly thorough, patient, and supportive throughout the entire learning process. He explains everything clearly, takes the time to ensure I understand, and never makes me feel rushed or pressured. Fantastic experience: James was fully booked when I enquired about lessons, however he was good enough to reply right away with advise on where to find somebody who might be able to help. I appreciated that, because most other instructors have just ignored me messages.

It is an understatement to say that I found learning to drive very tough to begin with but largely because of James’ patience, persistence and reassurance, I kept going. Fantastic experience: James is a brilliant instructor, he's very patient and easy to get along with. His teaching is fantastic, I never felt pushed to do something I didn't feel confident enough to have a go at, and it was never a problem to do something again if I wanted to go back over a manoeuvre or area that I felt I needed to work on. Right up to my test he made sure I was up to scratch on my skills and knowledge so I'd be ready to take the driving test, and then drive on my own when I passed. James was highly recommended to me by a couple of close friends and I'll certainly be recommending him to any friends and family I know who want to learn to drive.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed being taught by James. He was very patient and planned the lessons very well to suit my skills. I really like how he sent me an updated list of my driving skills as well as what I would be doing in the next lesson to my email following every lesson. Fantastic experience: After having 3 previous instructors who weren’t great and two failed driving tests, James was a welcome breath of fresh air! Fantastic experience: James is a fantastic driving instructor. He is calm and kind and got my very nervous daughter through her test first time. He seems to have a very good first time pass rate and I think this is because he doesn’t put people in for their test until they are ready. Most importantly he has taught my daughter to be a safe driver. Thank you James for helping her through this important milestone.

Fantastic experience: I would describe James first and foremost as an incredibly patient instructor but also creative and thorough. He knew when to stretch me by telling me to give something another try (Rainbow Hill anyone?) but also when to call it quits and come back next lesson with a fresh mind. Most of all, I really appreciated how he regularly encouraged me by pointing out even the smallest things I was doing right as it really helped to build my confidence (of which I was lacking!). On the other hand, even when I got it wrong, he corrected me in such a way that I never feel put down or discouraged; sometimes it was just a little mistake that deserved a laugh. In the end, I felt more than prepared for my test and appreciated James' confidence in me to book my test as early as possible and even check for earlier dates, which allowed me to get my license almost a month earlier than I had originally booked. Overall, he's a great guy and instructor who I would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I cant thank James highly enough. What a fantastic driving instructor. The best in Worcester! If only they were all as good. He made me feel confident in my ability to drive. He's great at giving advice and very positive, supporting me all the way. He's also really friendly and encouraging, constantly keeping in touch and doing his best to fit me in. He has great expertise and patience, always solving any problems i had. If you're learning to drive, i highly recommend learning with precision driver training.
