Fantastic experience: I spent a week training for my C+E straight from my car. I was so nervous Monday morning, but Mark put me at ease and pushed me to believe in myself. He even made little jokes about certain things I did that stuck in my head, so I didn’t make the same mistakes again! He was so patient with me and built my confidence when driving. I have already recommended level up training to other people. My week of training was so good, I was happy when I passed but gutted to not be going on a daily adventure anymore. Thanks so much Mark, you’re the best!

Fantastic experience: Did some flexi hours with Mark in between courses arranged by work with another company. It paid off as I had no issues during my 2nd course with work and passed my test . I, nervously, started my journey with him on Monday Morning and by 4pm yesterday (Wednesday) I had passed my test first time, keeping his streak of first time passers unbroken! Mark was patient and made me believe he believed in me, which was a massive boost to my confidence. I had delayed taking the plunge into driving a lorry for a long time and I am 100% sure I picked the right instructor in Mark, I Cannot recommend him enough. I know I said it yesterday Mark, but thank you !!! Was it tiring, yes. Was it worth it? Absolutely.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed my HGV refresher training with Mark and Level Up Training. Absolute first class. I was nervous after not driving a Class 1 vehicle for over 15 years but Mark made it easy and enjoyable. He gave made lots of pointers and tips and just helped me feel comfortable driving these vehicles again. The whole set up is brilliant, from First booking through to arriving for training, I couldn’t fault it. The training vehicle is spotless and modern with full size trailer for optimum experience.
