Fantastic experience: Learning to drive with Joycelyn was a great experience. After nearly a 10-year break from driving (having previously learned with another instructor but failed my test) I felt quite unsure behind the wheel. Joycelyn acknowledged my past experience and helped me rebuild my confidence at a pace that suited me. She’s very professional and more thorough than other instructors I’ve encountered, but that’s because she’s genuinely committed to helping you become a skilled driver, rather than just passing a test. Thanks to her guidance, I now feel confident handling a wide range of driving situations, and I’m happy to say I passed my test with zero minors. I highly recommend Joycelyn!

Fantastic experience: Joycelyn taught me not only how to pass my driving test but how to be a confident driver, who doesn't just know the rules of the road but understands them completely. I started with Joycelyn over a year ago and learning to drive took me a long time due to having a very packed schedule meaning I had to take time off in between classes, sometimes for months at a time. Despite this, Joycelyn helped me develop confidence in my driving. She is not only an incredibly good driver who can help you understand all the theory behind the practice, but also an incredibly dedicated teacher who is patient and appreciates the trials that come with learning. She pushed me to be a good driver whilst creating an environment where I always felt safe. I passed first time, both theory and practical!

Fantastic experience: She taught me back in 2016/17. She was hard with me but that helped me. Unfortunately I failed the test first time, but then I Passed second time with another instructor, however the new instructor was always sleeping( useless). When I did my test, I had Jocelyn talking to me in my head to reminded me to keep going. To this day I still remember her instructions. She is firm and in life you need that. Thank you Jocelyn. No longer live in London but might come back. Best wishes!!

Fantastic experience: I just finished my driving course with Joycelyn and passed my driving test! Joycelyn is a fantastic driving instructor and has made the best out of every minute of our lessons. I had trained with other instructors in the past and I can say that Joycelyn is an extremely experienced, professional, punctual and rational instructor. She has properly guided me through each step of my lessons, giving me both immediate feed back and revising materials everyday after each lesson. Joycelyn is an excellent teacher; from the get-go everything was clearly explained and she helped me push myself whilst I remained totally confident and comfortable. Fantastic experience: Jocelyn was a great instructor, methodical, systematic and professional in her approach, and also keen to teach you how to drive safely. She always included some reflection at the end of the lesson and this was all stored on an app, so I knew what progress I had made and what I still needed to work on. She also signposted me to resources to look at outside of the lessons. Compared to a previous instructor, I was much clearer on my strengths and weaknesses as a driver and subsequently felt like I was developing all the time. Fantastic experience: Joycelyn is a great driving instructor who does not only work to get you a pass but also makes sure you are a considerate and safe driver. She is very flexible and has a friendly attitude. She will provide feedback after every lesson so you know what to work on.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience learning to drive with Joycelyn. Her style of teaching is friendly, clear and structured and she was completely mindful of the learner driver nerves that I had when I first started my lessons! She is also mindful and supportive of you if you have had a bad day (outside of driving) and will tailor your lessons to suit your needs to maximise your learning on that day. The lessons follow the driving syllabus and Joycelyn provides you with reading, video resources and homework to help you on your driving journey. I passed my driving test with 0 faults! Fantastic experience: Excellent instructor! Passed with a flawless test/ zero minors! Cannot recommend highly enough! I came to Joycelyn having had an extremely negative experience with my previous instructor and had to unlearn some very bad habits. She was amazing. She is patient, kind yet direct. If you don't understand something, she will try every which way to clarify it for you so you understand not just what to do but why its important. Absolutely everyone remembers the teachers that made a difference in their lives and Joycelyn is one of them.

Fantastic experience: Working with Joycelyn has been an absolute pleasure. Under her expert guidance I successfully passed my test first time round! Her communication style is friendly and impactful. If you are looking to become a safe and competent driver I really could not recommend highly enough. From the very beginning we had clear and concise lesson plans, which were flexible to the way/speed I wanted to progress. She provided a great number of resources for me to look over outside of the lessons to ensure I was fully prepped before each lesson. The car itself is fantastic and a real pleasure to drive. Overall a really fun experience given the process of learning to drive is said to be one of the most difficult! 5 out of 5!

Fantastic experience: Very happy with Joycelin. I needed a few refresher lessons after a long time not driving. Joycelin put me at ease from the beginning, had a lot of patience in explaining and pointing out things. Would definitely recommend to others!

Negative experience: Really let down, I was advised heavily not to use Jocelyn by two other driving instructors and one of her ex students and ignored this as she has so much free time - firstly, socially she is very strange and difficult - she asked me personal questions and made me quite uncomfortable, she was also very theory based and we constantly had to pull over and watch videos - a complete waste of money. I expressed countless times I’d rather do that in my free time and she ignored this, she also constantly loudly speaks at you while driving making it hard to focus. She also allowed an accident to occur after stating this should never happened because she has her own pedals - which she failed to use. Also charges more than any other instructor I’ve been quoted. I only stuck with her as I’m moving house next week and wanted to use her until my next instructor is free next month. Also, after an accident shouting in the street causing a scene was very unprofessional and strange. Also cut lessons short a few times.
