Fantastic experience: Lessons with Leigh were always relaxed yet productive. At the end of each lesson I always felt like I had made progress - whether we were learning the basics, doing mock tests or just going for a drive to new areas to get experience. Leigh genuinely cares about his students, and makes a real effort to ensure that lessons are effectively tailored to the learner. He provides excellent resources for use outside of lessons in the form of dashcam footage & accompanying commentary, which consisted of both bespoke footage from my lessons and footage from Leigh's extensive archive of mock tests/key examples. I enjoyed all of my lessons with Leigh and felt I got my money's worth out of every single one of them! Add to that he's a great guy, and I had a blast chatting with him about all kinds of interesting stuff each week. Highly rated - don't hesitate to contact Leigh if you're looking to get your licence!

Fantastic experience: Both our son and daughter learnt to drive with Leigh. He was highly recommended by a friend who too had 4 children that had his expert instruction. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Leigh highly enough; he truly goes above and beyond for his students. His instruction extends beyond the road—he provides videos of our driving sessions and study materials for me to review in my own time. Every lesson was well-structured, and I never felt like my time was being wasted, which is often not the case with other driving instructors. Leigh's calm demeanour on the road significantly boosted my confidence. He made a conscious effort to ensure I never felt like a terrible driver, which made a huge difference. Thanks to Leigh, I felt completely prepared for my driving test and passed on my first try with ZERO faults!

Fantastic experience: I learned to drive with Leigh and it was a pleasure. He's a calm instructor, who not only teaches you to drive above test standard. But to be a good; safe, driver. I feel confident to get onto the roads and I'm sure in my driving ability, this is entirley down to the 50 hours I've spent with Leigh in the car. The amount of extra litreture, diagrams, content, videos, and personal written guidance that he has to offer is really above and beyond. The commonucaiton has always been pormot, clear and thorough. If you want a skilled driving instructor, who will be nothing but honest with you, then look no further. I passed first time, and I hope the DVLA don't see this, but I was taught at such a level above the grade that I was dissapointed in my test drive! Fantastic experience: Excellent driving instructor I got my license first try with Leigh and do not regret going with him at all. I had experiences with the AA before that where nowhere near. as good as my lessons with Leigh. A great teacher who is serious about his craft and a genuinly nice guy. Would reccomend to any learner driver.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Driving Instructor - Highly Recommend! I recently had the pleasure of taking driving lessons with Leigh, and I must say it was an incredible experience. I was able to pass my driving test first time with just 3 minor faults thanks to Leigh’s excellent teaching. He’s helped me achieve my goal of becoming a safe and competent driver!

Fantastic experience: Great instructor, very careful and thourough when explaining key learning points, which led to me passing first time! Especially helpful were the dashcam clips and subsequent write ups that he did on them and sent to me, allowing me to see exactly where I went wrong and therefore how I could improve for next time. Also a good laugh!

Fantastic experience: Leigh is a brilliant driving instructor who I cannot recommend enough. I was previously a very nervous driver having passed my test 8 years ago but with very little driving experience since. I booked in to do some refresher sessions and to get some motorway experience as well. Leigh instantly put me at ease in the sessions, was patient and explained processes clearly as we worked through all the essential manoeuvres. I felt very safe and built up my confidence in no time at all. I would go as far to say I even enjoy driving now! I highly recommend Leigh, anyone who learns to drive with him from the beginning is very lucky.

Fantastic experience: I was thrilled to pass my driving test first time last week and that’s all thanks to Leigh! Throughout my time learning to drive Leigh has always been patient, encouraging and constructive not only out on the road but always sending me dash cam footage and notes from my lesson on things that stood out for good or bad reasons. If I ever had a day where I wasn’t feeling great Leigh was always understanding and would adapt the lesson to accommodate. Fantastic experience: Leigh is a brilliant driving instructor - thorough, patient, and extremely knowledgable. He shows genuine thoughtfulness and care in his work, which makes him stand out from other instructors I’ve had experience with. He puts a lot of work into sharing learning materials, dashcam footage and helpful feedback with his students, and on many occasions went out of his way to help me become road-ready and ultimately pass my test. He’s also a lovely guy with a good sense of humour, which made it a pleasure to spend time learning to drive with him. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was absolutely delighted to pass my test first time today! Going into the test I felt fully prepared and ready to deal with whatever it might throw at me. Driving on busy London roads can be challenging but Leigh’s teaching methods, encouragement (and patience!) has given me the confidence required. Leigh is calm, personable and easy to get on with. Our conversations during the lessons put me at ease. I cannot recommend Leigh highly enough and am really happy our paths crossed!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Leigh. He's an experienced and calm teacher and a nice guy. I got my license aged 18, 25 year's ago, but then never had a car so forgot how to drive (literally couldn't remember which pedal does what). Leigh got me to the point where i'm a decent, confident driver over 11 lessons.

Fantastic experience: After bad experiences with two previous instructors (and two failed tests), I was apprehensive about continuing but Leigh helped rebuild my confidence, ease my stress levels and build on my shaky foundations to become competent and capable behind the wheel. Feedback was always honest, and while it might not always be what you want to hear, it's fair and accompanied with a smile, pointers on how to improve, and praise on what went well. Lessons were always tailored to my needs (not necessarily my wants, but left turn bootcamp definitely helped!) and adapted to how things were going on the day. I'm going to miss our lessons, not just because I learned a lot about driving, but Leigh is genuinely one of the nicest, funniest, and most knowledgeable people I've ever come across and I always looked forward to our chats.

Fantastic experience: Leigh is a brilliant driving instructor, I feel very lucky to have found him! He made me feel relaxed throughout the whole process and was extremely patient and accommodating. I managed to pass my test on the first attempt thanks to his teaching methods and strategies to complete the manoeuvres. He made sure we were on the same page in terms of what level I was at throughout the process and communicated what needed to be worked on so that I knew how to improve. I highly recommend Leigh to anyone in search of a driving instructor who offers a professional yet enjoyable experience, with plenty of good conversation and laughs alongside.

Negative experience: I had arranged to meet Leigh for a two-hour refresher course, but he cancelled on me literally one minute before pick-up as he “could barely navigate” his way around Tottenham Hale himself and didn’t feel “comfortable doing it with an inexperienced driver”. Although Leigh doesn’t inspire much confidence, he might or might not be a decent instructor. What he most certainly is, though, is an A-list time waster, so think twice before booking any lessons with him.
