Fantastic experience: Completed my DAS with Dave and he is an amazing instructor with many years of experience under his belt and is genuine, his guidance is unmatched and gets results. He helped me become a far superior rider compared to when I started. walked me through mod 1 & 2 which I passed first time. The SV650 that they currently uses for DAS ar nice forgiving bikes that are enjoyable to ride. All vehicles that were provided are well maintained and works perfectly. I can completely and wholeheartedly recommend Rider Training for anyone wishing to do there CBT or gain a motorcycle license as the training they provide is effective and the experience and knowledge passed on is bountiful.

Fantastic experience: Real quality training from Dave. He knows what he’s talking about and will pick you up on any errors you do and help you improve on them and iron the bad habits out. I passed both Mod 1 and Mod 2 first time with his training. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but Rider Training.

Fantastic experience: What a brilliant instructor. Anyone can be taught how to pass the test and scrape through, however Dave goes above and beyond not only teaching how to pass your test but also teaches you how to be safe and competent on the road. Dave helps push you out of the comfort zone in a safe and timely manner and is incredibly patient ensuring you have the skills to be safe out on the road. Words can’t really prepare how amazing it feels to sit and ride a motorbike and I believe a great deal of that is due to Dave’s attitude and support, and a little to do with his immaculately maintained bikes which gave me huge confidence to do the simple thing of just riding the bike. Fantastic experience: Having passed both mod 1 and Mod 2 on the same day thanks to Dave's tuition, I can wholeheartedly recommend Rider Training as the place to go. Dave was patient and kind and persisted in guiding me even when I made mistakes. His advice was always spot on and his humour lifted my spirits more than once. Fantastic experience: Dave is a natural instructor. He is consistent, cool-headed, motivating and most pertinent is his total emphasis on safety (at the forefront of this is his extensive experience as a paramedic). I had effectively never touched a bike, apart from a CBT last year; I went from nervous and apprehensive on the first day of the course, to passing mod 1 & 2 with ease and achieved very good results on these tests. Dave is genuinely invested in his students; he is extremely impressionable & likeable and will make an effort to get to know you, see what works for you in terms of teaching style; he is encouraging and you feel safe with him. I went from being a nervous rider, bordering on questioning whether I should be on the course, to now being able to ride a motorbike competently, safely and with confidence. Thanks Dave.

Fantastic experience: Dave is excellent. I passed my DAS first time with him. He's very encouraging and friendly. He is always supportive and gives encouraging, polite feedback when you make a mistake so that your confidence always grows throughout the course. He teaches the course in a structured way so that you can build your skills upwards - so that by day four you're ready for your tests. I enjoyed every second of the course. If you're thinking of doing a DAS course, do it with Dave. Cheers for getting me through

Fantastic experience: Dave is a very very good instructor, prior to doing my DAS the only time I'd sat on a bike was doing my CBT 12 months prior, but dave made it feel like I'd been on one every day, the confidence that he gives you is hard to explain. Going from no experience to passing my MOD 1 and MOD 2 first time is an unreal thing, I would 100% recommend

Fantastic experience: Recently did a DAS course with Dave @ Rider Training, his instruction and attention to detail is excellent. Not only does Dave teach you to ride a bike and pass the tests, he makes sure to pass on extra knowledge to make you a better and safer rider. He is very good at identifying how each individual learns and makes sure to tailor his tuition accordingly.

Fantastic experience: These guys were simply amazing. The whole experience was very relaxed and informative. This was my first CBT and it was better than I could have asked for. Very highly recommend these gents no matter what level you're at. Can't wait to return to them for my full test later down the line.

Dave himself is one of the most gregarious, easy going, but also exceptionally professional instructors I met. Fantastic experience: 100% would recommend these guys, did my direct access course with them and passed my Mod 2 first time, with only 1 minors! really good teachers, with loads of experience and had a good laugh with them as well

Fantastic experience: Under Dave's guidance I went from being unable to ride a motorbike, to a full licence in 4 days of intensive training. If you want to learn how to ride a motorbike safely then Dave is your man. From CBT through to the full licence, he will get you there. His patience, professionalism, the way he explained the mistakes and his attention to detail makes him the best in the business.

Fantastic experience: Great instructor who noticed and fixed my riding issues rather than glossing over them for the sake of the tests! Definitely sorted a lot of mistakes I'd been making despite having been riding on a CBT for a couple of years prior and am certainly a more confident rider (now with a full licence) for having had training.
