Fantastic experience: Excellent instructor- was very well organised in terms of planning lessons so I always had a lesson a week. Also kept on top of progress, accounting for where improvement needed to be made whilst also considering where I personally wanted to work on. Mike really helped to build my confidence and I was able to get over my pre-test nerves, passing on the second time.

Fantastic experience: I passed my test on the second time. I would 100% recommend Mike because he was really supportive and positive throughout all of my driving lessons which very helpful especially when i first started because i was extremely nervous. But what made me more relaxed everytime especially coming up to my test was that he was very professional and honest with me about what i needed to improve on and if i was ready for my test or not, but he would still always have a laugh with me. Thank you so much Mike for being such a good teacher!

Having been to one other instructor for a short time I can definitely say he really is a top instructor, very professional and will help in anyway He can even going above and beyond with any problems you may have. I suffer with quite bad anxiety and he really helped me get past that being so calm and supportive. I never thought or believed I could pass either of my tests first time but with Mike’s amazing instructing and support I managed to pass both test’s first time. Mike’s teachings has been so clear, calm and easy to follow which greatly improved my confidence whilst driving, and as a result passed my driving test first time around.

He never made me feel bad when I made a mistake and always helped me correct them. Very relaxed and calm atmosphere when driving which is exactly what you need when learning to drive. Fantastic experience: Mike is a fantastic driving instructor. At the time I didn't have a car of my own yet so the lessons with him each week were even more valuable. Each lesson was superb as we drove on routes that could come up in the test and covered the questions that were in the practical test itself, really improving my confidence behind the wheel. As a result, I passed first time, a testament to Mike's excellent tuition.

Fantastic experience: Mike was an amazing instructor and as a result I passed first time. He was professional and committed always being supportive with his friendly and calming attitude. He was also very accommodating with timings, pick up and drop off locations and therefore would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I booked Mike for intense driving lessons for my son. My son did not want weeks and weeks of lessons. Mike organised dates with us, that suited all and priced it up. My son started 3 weeks of just a Sunday morning. Then he commenced his intense week of lessons on week 4. From start to finish was 7 weeks and he passed first time. We were happy with cost. Son was happy with instructor. Win win all round. Thanks Mike. Absolute 10/10 service.

As a nervous learner who has put learning to drive off for so many years, I needed an instructor who was patient, calm and approachable and Mike ticked all those boxes. He is very professional and tracked my progress throughout the lessons so we could reflect and work on what I needed to improve on the next lesson. I highly recommend Mike, especially to those learners who are a bit more nervous about driving.

Fantastic experience: Mike has been the most patient, flexible and thorough instructor we could have had for all of our 3 children. All 3 passed first time and Mike ensured that they were competent and ready to take the test and be successful. With one more child to go I’m sure Mike can make it 4 out of 4! Positive experience: I passed my test first time, thanks to Mikes amazing teaching. He made me feel so calm and was patient when I learnt. It didn’t take me many lessons to pass because of how amazing he was at teaching, and we could always have a laugh. Fantastic experience: I started my lessons with Mike in April after passing my theory test and getting some experience in my own car with my Dads help. Mike revisited the things I learnt in my own car with my Dad to make sure I was confident. I passed my test first time and went into my test confident. Mike believed I would pass & that helped me believe in myself! Mike is a good instructor – he never degraded me for making mistakes or not knowing the answers. I originally had my test booked for November but Mike encouraged me to move my test forward as he felt I was ready. I did mock tests with Mike leading up to my test and covered the test routes. He encouraged me to believe in my own abilities & involved me in making plans for lessons – if I felt I needed more practice on something, I was comfortable asking Mike to add it into the lesson. I would recommend Mike as a driving instructor!

Fantastic experience: I passed my test first time, thanks to Mike's teaching. He was patient and calm with me, throught out my lessons. He reasured me that I could do it when i was stuggling and this faith helped me keep going. We decided to move my test back as at the time I definitely wasn't ready and this was the correct decision and showed he cared about me passing my test. I generally feel I wouldn't have passed with out Mike's teaching. I also appreciate that if I couldn't make a lesson a certain week, he would try and reschedule things around that week to accommodate this, which was always superhelp. Can't recommend Mike enough, he is a top teacher. I'd strongly recommend you do you lessons with him!

Negative experience: I did an intensive 5 day course with Mike( which was £1,000) I started on the sunday finished on the friday, I had already been driving with my parents for a month so had the basics. Mike spent the time, going over what I already knew, teaching manouveres but barely and took me down a few test routes he thought i’d be on ( I wasn’t). When I asked on the friday he said I was ready for my test which was on the monday but he said I needed a couple more lessons and didn’t seem too concerned about weather i passed or not more concerned about getting his money from me booking in extra lessons with him.There was also barely any positivity when he was teaching. So therefore couldn’t do it in his car, this meant that we had to sort out our own car for the test, meaning we had to get insurance for my dad to use the car, it had to be insured for test, get a mirror and also for my dad to change his work schedule. Thankfully I passed but more so thankfully I had the right parents teaching me who I would say taught me more for what I needed for the test.
