Becky & Ste’s Driving School

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Becky enough for getting me driving again after a stroke two years ago left me with impaired vision. Her patience, knowledge and encouragement were fantastic. If I had had an instructor like Becky when I was much younger, I am sure that I would have passed the test first time. In short, Becky is a superb driving instructor!

Fantastic experience: What an absolutely top class teacher Ste was. As expected when I had my test, the nerves were high, but well preparedness thanks to Ste’s teaching led me to pass on my first go. I couldn’t have asked for a more approachable, friendly teacher who is as patient and realistic as Ste. I always looked forward to my driving lessons as they were filled with fun conversations, putting an ease to the stress of learning tricky stuff while driving. Ste doesn’t just teach you how to pass your test, he teaches you to drive, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone considering driving lessons.

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank Becky and Ste’s Driving School enough for helping me pass my driving test! After struggling with manual driving in the past, I decided to switch to automatic, and it was the best decision I could have made. Becky has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Her teaching style is patient, clear, and supportive, which helped boost my confidence behind the wheel. Becky not only provided excellent instructions, but she also made each lesson enjoyable with plenty of laughs along the way! She truly cares about her students’ progress and was always there with encouragement and advice when I needed it. Thanks to her, driving became something I looked forward to rather than something I dreaded. Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Becky enough for automatic driving lessons - she is so calm, compassionate and always went out of her way to stop, asses and talk about anything that I needed help with. I never felt rushed or out of my league because every step I took on each lesson was carefully talked through and rectified. I always felt encouraged every lesson because of her positive attitude and intelligence on each driving matter. I passed first time on my driving test because of Becky! Shopping for cars already! x

Fantastic experience: Becky is a fantastic instructor. She is very supportive and helped build my confidence. I was a very anxious driver and her patience and encouragement motivated me to carry on even when I had to take breaks from driving. It was helpful to have notes written for you at the end of a lesson to help recap and you can go at your own pace: for me, having small breaks throughout lessons helped process information. Becky is an expert in her field and is fully committed to you passing your test; I passed first time and couldn’t have done it with out her! I would highly recommend Becky as your driving instructor.

Fantastic experience: Becky is an excellent instructor, always calm, kind and patient. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience and knows exactly how to put anxious pupils at ease. I was an older learner and Becky’s encouragement and support made me feel much more confident, she takes time to explain things clearly and is flexible and able to adjust to different learning types. I highly recommend this driving school, not just great instructors but lovely people

Fantastic experience: Becky and Ste have done a fantastic job getting all 3 of our children through their driving tests, giving and building confidence, hugely flexible (when tests were cancelled the day before!) planning for all eventualities (who'd have thought a warning light would come on on the way to the test!). I highly recommend them.

She’s not only a skilled instructor but also incredibly supportive, especially for learners with neurodevelopmental disorders. Her patience and tailored approach made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my lessons, and I passed first time! Fantastic experience: Not sure why my sons name comes up! As for a review...Becky is a wonderful, patient and caring instructor. She put me at ease from day one...and yes, I will be sending my son her way when he learns to drive. If you want the best...it is Becky and Ste all day long.

Fantastic experience: Recently passed doing auto, I learnt with Becky and was a gd experience all round there friendly and reassuring and after the wife passed hers with them and the experience she had I had to go with these guys very good at helping you learn what’s needed and couldn’t do enough to help you would definitely recommend them

Fantastic experience: Becky is amazing. She taught my autistic, deaf and dispraxic son to drive and I cannot have envisaged anyone else being as supportive and engaged as Becky. She understood my son on a really personal level and adjusted her lessons accordingly. I don't think he could have got to this level of confidence without her. I cannot recommend her enough

Fantastic experience: By far the best driving school/ instructors. I had automatic lessons for just under a year with becky. She is amazing. Really patient and calm with me as I was a very nervous driver. I put myself through the test as becky was away and managed to pass first time. Without this wonderful lady helping me I wouldn't of got where I am today. So thank you!! X

Fantastic experience: I had a few refresher lessons, as I had become quite a nervous driver, despite having had my licence a good while. The teaching was superb, he was very understanding. After the lessons my confidence improved bit by bit, to where I feel I'm at now, to full confidence on the roads again. I keep remembering snippets of advice as I'm going down previously daunting roads!
