Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of learning to drive with Les over the course of about a month and a half, and I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. From day one, Les was a sincere, patient, and supportive coach. I tend to get quite anxious in high-pressure situations like driving tests but Les helped me build confidence in myself, a skill that I now carry with me beyond just driving. Les is a local instructor who knows the area and the test routes, exceptionally well. He makes sure you get plenty of practice on the exact types of roads, junctions, and situations you’ll face during the real test. That local knowledge is a huge advantage and really helped me feel more prepared on the day of my exam. Les stands out not only for his calm and humble demeanor, but also for his ability to adapt his teaching style to suit how you learn best. He’s incredibly reliable; always on time and unlike some instructors, he never raises his voice when you make a mistake. Instead, he calmly guides you through it, making the learning process feel safe and encouraging. Another major plus is that his rates are very reasonable compared to many other driving schools out there today. If you’re still reading this, I highly recommend booking a session with Les. Fantastic experience: I started as an incredible nervous driver and Iv had 3 other instructor before finding lez. I started with lez having never left a car park with any of the other driving instructor, after 6 months of lesion, I have passed first time. I never would have thought learning to drive would be so straight forward untill I found lez. Learning to drive takes time and I was always anxious about spending so much time with someone I didn’t know for so many hours but lez is easy going and a pleasure to be around. He was absolutely the best instructor I could have asked for. He is clear, professional, reassuring and funny. He puts people at easy and creates a safe and enjoyable learning environment.

Fantastic experience: Les was very attentive and always nice and calm which made a very nice atmosphere in all of my lessons. He’s very easy to talk to if you have any worries or stress about anything and very understanding. Because of him I have passed my test first time with only 1 minor. Fantastic experience: If you are looking for automatic driving lessons in Gloucester, then I definitely recommend doing them with Les. He helped me pass my test first time with 1 minor. I was driving with him for 9 months before I passed and he was always very calm and patient with me. Les is very good at explaining and talking you through situations on the road and helped me through any worries / anxieties I had about driving throughout my time with him.

Fantastic experience: I have been trying to learn to drive on and off for years. Iv had various instructors. I can honestly say when I started driving with Les I felt calm for the first time. (He never raised his voice and I never came away from a lesson feeling discouraged like I did with a lot of other instructors ) I worked on what I needed too and today I passed. If you have felt like giving up please don’t! Les is so lovely I wish I’d have found him as an instructor sooner.

Fantastic experience: I struggled with learning to drive for a very long time so I made the decision to learn automatic to lessen the stress, and with les’s help that’s exactly what it did! Les helped me to learn to deal with my nerves and not panic if I made a mistake, we simply just did it again until i could do it. Les is a lovely bloke, very knowledgeable and is brilliant at his job. I passed first time with 5 minors and at one point felt almost unteachable but Les gave me the confidence and skills I needed to pass. Fantastic experience: I passed a couple of months ago now on my first attempt after my lessons with Les. I had a very uncomfortable experience prior with a different instructor which almost put me off but Les instantly put me at ease. Very informative, actually wants you to pass rather than trying to string you along for money and full of brilliant stories that made lessons more fun. He gave me the confidence to start making my own decisions on the road and was extremely calm when explaining things I could have done better/the errors I made.
