Fantastic experience: Debbie has been so great with getting me on the roads and driving. I was quite nervous in the beginning but quickly gained lots of confidence. I learnt quickly with her calm and informative teaching style which was exactly what I needed for my driving!. This meant I passed first time with 0 faults - can’t thank Debbie enough.

Negative experience: AVOID!! TOOK MY MONEY AND NO LESSON!! I had a good experience the first lesson however this quickly changed. On the second lesson Debbie had double booked and turned up 6 hours early asking if I’d like a lesson. I understand this is an honest mistake so let her know I wasn’t available but that I would see her next week. The next week came and I sat and waited for 45 minutes for Debbie, checking outside and seeing no sign of her. After texting and phoning twice I assumed she wasn’t coming and had maybe got the time mixed up like she did the week before. I then received a very confrontational message from Debbie saying that she’d left her phone at home and was waiting on the main road for me despite the fact that I live in a close and not on the main road, so could not see her. I reminded her that she had my address and that she could have rung the bell, but she instead said it was my fault that I hadn’t come out and looked (I did, just where I actually live). On my first and second lesson I received a contact from Debbie to say she was outside and explained to her that as she hadn’t done the same I assumed she wasn’t coming. As a result of not receiving the lesson I asked for a refund as it’s not my fault she forgot her phone and failed to contact me or the fact she wasn’t outside where I live. After very rude messages suggesting I was wrong she refused to give me a refund claiming it to be a no show. Debbie is aware that I’m a student and I think to take £85 from me is vile.

Fantastic experience: Debbie taught me to drive “from scratch”, as a nervous adult beginner. She was patient, thorough, reassuring, and has always been punctual and fair. She has a great way of conveying information in a very calm manner. I just passed my test first time with zero faults, and it is very much due to her brilliant and careful teaching. Fantastic experience: Debbie has taught both my children to drive. She is thorough, patient and kind to new learners. They both made quick progress and looked forward to their lessons. She is flexible about where and when to pick up/drop off for lessons and has helped their independence by liaising directly with them. All lessons are 2 hours, so they get a good amount of time behind the wheel.

Fantastic experience: I really recommend Debbie as an instructor as she is very kind, supporting, understanding, patient and a very good teacher! I passed first time today with only 3 minors, and I wouldn't of been able to of done it if it weren't for Debbie and her great teaching over the last couple of months! She makes sure to go over everything and work on anything and everything without it becoming overdone or pressuring. Again, thank you Debbie for being an amazing teacher!!

Fantastic experience: MINI-DRIVER is the way to go if you want to thoroughly learn how to drive and how to behave on the road (safely & strategically) through discussion and plenty of practice. Two-hour lessons meant that often a lot could be covered in a single lesson and there was a greater feeling of accomplishment than if it was only an hour per week. Thanks to these lessons, I managed to pass first time.
