Fantastic experience: Thelma has to be the best driving instructor around. The patience and care she gave to both my sons when neither of them had ever been behind the wheel of a car. Jack was so nervous and had no confidence in himself at all but a week after week Thelma’s perseverance paid off. She gave Jack so much confidence and made him believe in himself. She’s such a wonderful lady. One million percent she’s the best person to learn anyone to drive.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! I passed my test today on my first attempt! Thank you so much Thelma I couldn't of done it without you! Thelma really knows how to keep you focused she talked me through every mistake as well as championed my every victory. Each lesson was something new and she really kept me at it and didn't let me overthink too much! I came to lessons later in life than most and Thelma put me at ease with that too. There is noone better to teach you the roads in my opinion. Your kindness in a difficult part of my life means more to me than you'll ever know. Thank you again for getting me passed!

Fantastic experience: Thelma was a fantastic instructor for my daughter. She was so patient and kind, but firm and fair. My daughter was really wanting to pass for the summer and Thelma was incredibly supportive in giving extra lessons and extra time, even on her days off. My daughter passed first time with only 3 minors due to Thelma’s excellent teaching. Cannot recommend Thelma enough!!

Fantastic experience: Just passed my driving test with Thelma I'd tried to do the test a few times in the past but wasn't getting anywhere. During covid I put myself on the books and started learning how to drive then when things opened up I contacted Thelma for lessons then I really learnt how to drive!! the things that set Thelma out form other instructor's was the massive feeling that she really did care about learning you how to drive properly and straight talking not trying to butter you up when things weren't going we'll Telling you about improving all the time having a good chat when things got down lifting your spirits and always progressing you as a driver. Thelma is not only an amazing instructor but also a great person who genuinely cares about her pupil's thanks again Thelma we did it!!!

Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Thelma. I started before the Covid lockdown and she was fantastic with mask wearing etc when the lessons restarted. Very calming and easy to get on with. Thelma takes detailed notes of each of your drives which helps focus in on weak points and teaches you using some excellent references to get manoeuvres such as parallel parking perfect.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just passed my driving test 1st time with Thelma and would whole heatedly recommend her driving school. I was a really nervous driver and Thelma was patient throughout and really helped build my confidence. She made sure that I was completely test ready, so much so, that I passed my test first time whilst 5 months pregnant! Thelma is passionate about ensuring all of her pupils become safe, confident drivers.

Fantastic experience: 1000% I would recommend Thelma, I’ve recently passed my test after being out with Thelma she explains everything you need to know in great detail.She has a great understanding of her pupils and knew when I was feeling overwhelmed or unsure about anything she made sure I was most importantly ready for my test and also made sure that I knew how to keep myself safe on the road, even after passing my test Thelma explained that she will always be there if I have any questions or worries or ever feel I want to go over something again, you won’t find anyone that wants to get you through your test like Thelma she really is passionate about her job and loves to see her pupils achieve their goal.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Thelma enough. I had several instructors and several failed driving tests before coming to Thelma, she made me understand driving in depth and taught me not only how to pass a test but how to be safe and confident on the road. I had a lot of anxiety towards driving but Thelma worked with me and helped me overcome my fears, I honestly couldn't have done it without her!
