Fantastic experience: My driver instructor nafis was very calm helpful to the point and gave me the confidence in just 30 hours (10days) . I was struggling in some areas of driving but Nafis explained me exactly what should I do and gave me demonstration,. Before I started my driving lessons I wasn’t confident but he gave me confidence and I pass my driving test without any minor. Thanks to Nafis and Driivey driving school. I highly recommend Nafis as a driving instructor.

Fantastic experience: I have done 10 hrs refresher lesson with Driivey driving school. They are really professional. As a driving instructor Nafis is an excellent instructor. He taught me every single bits. I learn a lot from him. He is very calm and polite gentleman. I highly recommend Driivey driving school.

Fantastic experience: Great driving instructor Nafis has helped me pass my test and has taught me alot to help build my confidence as a new driver. The lessons with him made the test easier then it actually is.

Negative experience: Nafis, such a greedy man never seen before, always work for money, excuse, lesson cancellation in the last minute is routine job for him. To dig more money, he prolonged the total lessons; he most of the time didn't tell the exact thing to the learner lest he/she learn fast, then business might not be going busy anymore. Most of the reviews on his page are not genuine; most of them are from his buddies and kin.

Fantastic experience: Took my first driving test this morning at Tilbury. I PASSED with only 1 minor. Nafis has been a brilliant instructor. It has taken me years to start driving. He steered through this new experience. He a firm & brilliant instructor. I honestly believe I would have not passed ( especially 1st time) without him. I highly recommend him.

He identified my weaknesses and help me to make those weaknesses to my strengths. He is a grade A instructor. He never give up and always push me to get this done at 1st attempt . Negative experience: I feel Nafis always seemed to either be late or cancel lessons last minute,it would either be at the time of lesson or even after the lesson time and he would call and cancel. Also he would cancel like half an hour before lesson and tell me when next our lesson eas without discussing it. He recently didn't show for a mock test, then proceeded to rearrange the date without letting me know first. He also charged me for a lesson he cancelled twice and when I proceeded to ask for my money back , he made the excuse that he would charge for the lesson because I cancelled, which was not true. Bare in mind, he cancelled my mock test 2 days before my actual driving test and said he would not take me to the test as he had to pass me on a mock test. Which was fine until he kept cancelling lessons 5 days then 2 days before my test. I couldnt helk but feel this was an agenda to keep squeezing money from me. It is so unfair how these independent instructors get to do as they please with no accountability. I am extremely disappointed in Nafis, considering how much I had tolerated from him. He als refused to collect me from my home and I would have to meet him at grays station which is a 35 min walk from my home, or a 12 min bus ride. I have to be honest in what I experienced as not a lot of people would out of fear. This was very unprofessional and I still haven't received my refund. £74 is extreme for a 2hour lesson ,but I was desperate and I feel he took advantage of my vulnerability. Not happy at all, almost 6 months gone and I can't recieve a refund for my test as he cancelled 2 days prior and left me without an instructor and a car. In total I am at a loss of over £115 due to unprofessionalism and disrespect from Nafis.

Fantastic experience: Nafis is the best driving instructor I have ever seen. He is very professional, calm person. I traveled from east London to Grays to get lessons from him. I found him on Google and I saw his review which impressed me. One fine evening I called him and booked lessons with him. That was the best decision I took. Now I understand why he is a "Grade --A" driving instructor.

Fantastic experience: I’ve tried a few instructors over the years in the grays/Chafford hundred area so when I found Nafis I stayed with him.. he made me feel at ease straight away and he was very clear and thorough with every instruction and throughout my time taking lessons with him he never once slacked with this approach.. EVERY lesson he will keep an eye on every “move” and evaluate the approach… this really helped even run upto my test and this helped me identify where I needed more practice … overall I would highly recommend him which I have already done to family/friends)…

His constant guidance and dedication in helping us students pass is remarkable. He always pushed me to reach my goal even when I was slacking. Can’t thank him enough.
