Fantastic experience: Very reliable Airport transfers.

Negative experience: AKA Billy's Bone Shakers as the examiner called the hgv I was using! What modern transport companies use old, decrepid manual vehicles like what Billy has? None. Go with a decent company like Dulsons. They have modern vehicles and the instruction is spot on.

Fantastic experience: I used this company to take my class 2 what a fantastic group of people they all are. There training skills are top notch they have patience and I would highly recommend it and if any of my staff needed training this is where they will go.please share far and wide

I've just passed my 3b, thanks to Dave, Billy, Francis and the team, and look forward to continuing and passing the 3a test soon. If you want to get your HGV license as quickly as possible (given the current circumstances and shortages) Billy Thomas HGV is the place to go. For me I'm realising a life long dream, while I have the spare time. I'm so glad I chose Billy's to do my training.

Fantastic experience: I did my C+E training with Billy and Fran. The training I received was top quality and they made me feel very welcome. They're happy to let you talk about what you're struggling with and then focus on that for a bit so you feel more at ease. Out on the road too, they make you feel relaxed while you're driving. The vehicles are very well maintained and clean. They drive smooth as well. The C+E is a manual truck but don't let that put you off - you soon get used to it. Billy is patient and teaches it well. Every morning he'd be doing something, whether it be jet washing the trucks or adding some grease where the trailer couples up, etc. He wants everything to be at its best for you. Billy and Fran also teach you things that will last the length of your career, not just what you need to pass a test. I thoroughly enjoyed my training with these two and I'm sad that I now have my full licence and don't need to visit for more training. I feel I've gained two friends here that genuinely care and I will recommend them to everyone that wants training. As a female HGV driver it was great to have a female instructor for some of the C+E lessons as well. I think that's pretty rare! Billy is great and taught me the reverse step-by-step so it's not confusing. Before training I found myself worrying about the reverse manoeuvre but when I was there I just did it Billy's way without even thinking! It was great to experience both trainers. They teach you the same things but both have their own tips and tricks. If you're a nervous person then don't hesitate to book your training with Billy and Fran, they will soon put you at ease and get you through your licence. A big thank you to you both! :)

Fantastic experience: Just passed my C and E 31/10/2019 Billy and Frances was fantastic from Start too me passing 1st time you are treated like a friend not a customer so welcoming and put you at ease straight away. I have no heistation in recommending there services they are so knowledgeable on what they teach you. I just wished i done my C license here If you want your HGV license look no further
