Negative experience: Driving instructor that only values his time and no one else's. Doesn't follow through with appointment times and is very unprofessional. Would not recommend if you value your time.

Negative experience: This driving instructor has only caused me anger and frustration... He has no consideration for anyone's time except for his own. Booked my first driving lesson with him and he turns up 10 minutes late. I was ok with it but he never apologised, and to make matters worse, I never got my time back. For the next lesson; formally being told by my sister that he was 30 minutes late to her lesson AND cutting her lesson short, I confirmed a day before the time we agreed to meet just to make sure that the time was ok for him and he confirmed the time was ok, the next day he messages me 45 mins before the lesson informing me that he will be coming half an hour later than the appointment we agreed to with no apology, remorse or consideration for my time. I cancelled the appointment there and then as I was busy at the time he gave me to start which is why I made sure I confirmed the day before. Immediately letting him know that I couldn't do my lesson 30 minutes later he said he will not be giving me driving lessons anymore and asked for my account details. I agreed as I had no choice and he informed me that the money will be in my account within the next 7 days. Even though I needed the money to book another driving instructor as soon as, I waited even though I knew it doesn't take up to 7 days to transfer money. To make matters worse he didn't give me my refund until the 9th day. I truly believe I would of got it even later if i didn't keep msging him. After the duration of the 7 days I had to patiently wait, he kept making excuses like he doesn't have internet banking, i'll send it in the evening, not even informing me with what's going on, I had to keep msging to be updated. After all of that he didn't give me the correct refund, but I didn't complain because I was just happy to get something back. If you want a driving instructor that will waste your time and cause you inconvenience, he is the perfect instructor for you.
