Fantastic experience: I passed first time with Chrissy! Excellent driving instructor , she made me feel so comfortable. Clear instructions, relaxed atmosphere highly recommend 5/5! their patience and positive attitude made learning enjoyable. They tailored lessons to my needs, addressing weaknesses and building confidence.

Fantastic experience: Chrissy as a driving instructor was absolutely amazing!! She was always so calm and helpful and, as much as I cannot wait to drive on my own, I really am going to miss our weekly talks! On my very first driving lesson, I was absolutely terrified to drive, and I actually knew nothing about cars whatsoever, but Chrissy was so great in how she taught and I managed to pass first time!! I cannot recommend them enough!! :)))

Fantastic experience: I had a taster lesson with Chrissy and really enjoyed it so continued with lessons. I always felt relaxed during them and focused on things I wasn't as confident on for as long as needed. Chrissy was really friendly and is a great driving instructor who I would highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I've always wanted to drive but finding the right person to learn from was difficult. My mum looked at the reviews from people who learned from Chrissy and knew that she would be the perfect driving instructor for me. I enjoyed learning with her so much it felt like I was driving around with a friend, she helped me learn quickly and was supportive when I made mistakes. I'm going to miss having lessons with her but I know I wouldn't be this confident driving without her.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t rate independent driving and Chrissy (my instructor) more highly, she is professional, kind and incredibly patient. I started to learn to drive at 17 with another driving school however my instructor at the time was really unhelpful and i resigned myself to the fact I’d never learn to drive, I began driving again 5 years later with independent driving and my attitude completely changed all because of my instructor! I have now passed my test and I am confident i’ve been given all the tools I need to be a great driver, a whole new world has opened up for me being able to drive and I couldn’t be more grateful to Chrissy for all her help.

Fantastic experience: chrissy taught me to drive since december 2021 and i passed by may 2022. a wonderful person and instructor- i constantly felt at ease and in a comfortable environment and she clearly cares about her students progress and lives. would easily recommend to anyone :)

Fantastic experience: I switched driving instructors a few weeks before my test over to Chrissy at the independent driving school and she was incredibly helpful at getting me used to driving a new car. I felt relaxed when driving and was praised for the things I was doing good as well as being given constructed feedback on what I could improve on. She was nothing more than friendly and helpful, I feel as though I wouldn’t have passed my test without her and her encouragement. Definitely recommend this driving school as they care about the people they are teaching and genuinely want them to do well.

Fantastic experience: The main reason I chose independent driving school was because they came up top on my google search. Once phoned they offered great customer service and I managed to get lesson straight away. The instructors were great, very friendly and informative and were able to connect with me and therefore enabling me to pass first time. Would definitely recommend to anybody learning to drive.

Fantastic experience: I got in contact with Independant Driving to help me get my license 5 years after a failed test. Matt was my instructor and he was brilliant in getting me well beyond the standard I'd been before and passing at the first attempt this time around. His teaching was clear and consistent which was vital for me as I wouldn't exactly say I'm a natural! I knew the process wasn't going to be easy but I can't recommend these guys enough if you're keen to get on the road and feeling confident. Thanks again Matt!

Fantastic experience: My driving instructor was Matt. I passed second time with 1 minor. I originally chose Independent as my brother had been with them previously so it would be easy to get an appointment. At first, the price was £300 for 10 hours, but increased half way through learning, but my instructor allowed me to keep the old rate. Learning to drive was a lot harder than I expected as there was a lot more planning to do. The methods used by my instructor was very helpful as they offered an easy solution to the said problem. I would recommend the company to others as they have very nice instructors that can help you with any problems you have with driving. The price may be quite high, but I do believe it is worth the money as the feedback given is very specific and of high quality

Fantastic experience: I had Matt as my instructor. He was really nice. Easy to get along with and very friendly! After I had issues with my first driving instructor and botched my first test I was looking for someone who could help me out more, to develop my driving skills and to teach me more. With Matt I learned that there is so much more to driving than just pressing a pedal. He has taught me so much that I never thought I would need or do. It just goes to show the difference with instructors. Matt was very kind and extremely patient with me as I am not exactly the easiest of learners. Whenever I would panic he would promt me to just stay calm and drive confidently as that’s when I’m best. He also helped me concur my fear of hill starts which I hated and failed the first time for. But thanks to him I aced any hill start on the test. He helped me so much to build my confidence when I had none and taught me so much that I didn’t know. I would very much recommend independent Driving school to everyone looking to pass and drive confidently and correctly, as I’ve noticed of having a previous instructor there is a massive difference with what I learned even if it cost that little bit extra. It shows how much a good instructor has an impact when you are taught correctly. They are extremely friendly and flexible with times to suit your needs. They are also flexible with money! So thank you very much independent Drivingand Matt! You have been amazing!

Fantastic experience: I choose Bournemouth independent driving because I had researched and seen all the good reviews. I was very lucky to get Martin as a driving instructor. He built my driving confidence which aloud me to pass my test first time. Thankyou Martin and Bournemouth independent driving school. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have never really been confident in my driving, but having Chrissy as an instructor was really helpful in improving my confidence. Chrissy paced the lessons based on what I wanted to do, so gave me the freedom to develop at my own pace. Before my test I was made fully aware of all the potential safety questions and how to answer them fully, preparing me for driving beyond passing the test. I have recommended Chrissy to my friends prior to my test and I'd do the same after.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my experience with Chrissy from independent driving. Chrissy built up my confidence through out the lessons and was also really easy going. Chrissy had lots of confidence in me which made me more positive and confident to take my test. Fantastic experience: I chose independent driving after stumbling across their user friendly website. I was anxious from an awful first lesson previously, with a different company and wasn't confident to get back in the driver's seat. Chrissy is amazing to learn from as an anxious person, very patient, friendly and pays attention to your learning style to be able to teach you in a way that meets your needs. I never walked a way from one of our weekly lessons feeling disheartened or frustrated and will miss them after passing my test today. I couldn't have done it without her and would highly recommend Independent Driving to anyone thinking of starting to take lessons or looking to continue with a new instructor.

Fantastic experience: Independent driving (and particularly Chrissy) were fantastic in helping me learn and pass my test. After having bad experiences in learning to drive previously, Chrissy really helped to create at comfortable environment to learn in and really helped me enjoy learning to drive again. Fantastic experience: Starting with little confidence Chrissy completely changed the way I view driving and enjoy it so much now. Lessons were so easygoing and just a great chat while learning how to work the roads. Couldn't recommend a more patient and amazing instructor

Fantastic experience: I had Chrissy as my driving instructor and she was amazing. I was a very nervous driver after a failed attempt at learning before and there's no way I would have gotten as far as taking my test, let alone passing it, without her. She has a calm and reassuring way of teaching and never pressures you into situations you're not comfortable with. I honestly had so much fun on my driving lessons (even though I hated driving) and I'll really miss them. I would definitely recommend.
