Fantastic experience: Fran was fantastic in preparing me for my Taxi drivers practical test having lapsed my license 10 years ago. I have no doubt it would have been impossible for me to achieve a Pass result first attempt. Frans calm tutoring and Pre-test dry runs and what he explained was 100% what was expected & asked of me by the examiner during my test.

Fantastic experience: I reached out to Fra at Apex Driver Training requesting some help with my taxi practical test. He was so helpful throughout the entire process! I cannot recommend Fra enough I was worried about doing my test in Belfast as I live in Downpatrick myself but he was able to show me the most used routes and really set my mind at ease! Negative experience: This morning as I tried to drive out of my street I approached your car to find it had indeed just been stopped at the side of a very busy street, rather than parked. The instructor was in the passenger seat (I assume waiting on their student). I stopped my car as I couldn’t get through the gap to which the instructor lifted her head and shook it at me. I then attempted to get my car through as she clearly wasn’t going to be helpful in that moment and I clearly couldn’t get my car through. She then got out and I asked very calmly ‘was there a problem’ following the head shake to get a very rude reply. This followed with her shouting and swearing at me. I mean if that’s the kind of instructor you want to learn with knock yourself out but she seems like a very rude lady who doesn’t know where to safely stop the car or how to park, so good luck with the learning.

Fantastic experience: Like to thank everyone at Apex for all their help getting me through my taxi training. Fra provided very professional and reliable service at every step and was always at the end of the phone for help and advice. Fantastic experience: Can’t speak highly enough of Fra and his teaching! After choosing the wrong instructor a few years ago and ending up largely self-taught, Fra took the time and care to explain and demonstrate where I was going wrong and how to put it right. I was definitely lacking in confidence and didn’t enjoy driving prior to his tuition and now I love it! Passing my test today and being able to drive will be life changing, and I couldn’t have done it without Fra. Thank you very much!

Fantastic experience: Fra is a Legend !! Anyone in Belfast who wants to pass their test should definitely contact Apex. His method of teaching is flawless. If there is something that I didn't get first time he went through it in a calm, patient and reassuring way until I had understanding of the things I was struggling with. I now have great skills taught to me and have much more confidence on the road. Fra also went above and beyond with his time. He fitted me in as and when he could and ill always be grateful for that as well. Also very easy to get along with. I can't recommend Apex highly enough !!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Fra's patient and persistent instruction enabled me to successfully pass my test after only a week's intensive tuition (previously I only had lessons from friends & family). Very friendly and responsive communication throughout. Highly recommended.
