Learn to drive with Helen

Fantastic experience: I had Helen as my instructor for 8 months and I cannot recommend her enough. With her I managed to pass first time with 0 faults. The lessons with her have been really fun and she is a very friendly and exceptionally supportive instructor.

Fantastic experience: Helen has taught two of my 17 year-old children to drive, and I would recommend her both for creating good drivers and for getting them through their driving tests. She worked hard to get to understand them as individuals so that she could do this in the most beneficial way, and ensured that they were both completely prepared and confident when they took their tests. She also knows the system for getting driving tests booked, and is across the particular contents and requirements of the current exams.

Fantastic experience: Helen was perfect for me, she has a clam & simple way of explaining things as English is my second language. Helen helped my confidence a great deal & was very reassuring in lessons. Helen has a very friendly approach, but at same time when mistakes are made has a reassuring way of correcting these.

Fantastic experience: I have ADHD and I'm very dyslexic and Helen has been Very patient carming, kind and very supportive. Helen has gone out of her way to do alot research in how she can give me more supporting in our lesson. She has pushed me every step of the way and gave me the tools I needed to pass my driving test and I cant thank you enough for everything you have done for me..

Fantastic experience: Helen was a brilliant instructor- incredibly patient and calm. I needed some refresher lessons after having passed my test 11 years ago, and not driving since. I’m an anxious driver and Helen knew exactly how to deal with that. The essential oils she gave me were a massive help and just go to show that she really wants to help her students overcome any nerves and anxiety that they have at the thought of driving. I couldn’t recommend Helen enough.

Fantastic experience: Helen is a great instructor. I was a complete beginner and very nervous. She really helped to ease my anxieties. I built a lovely friendship with Helen, she was very supportive and under her tuition I managed to pass first time with one minor.

Fantastic experience: Helen taught my son to drive. The tuition was excellent and he really enjoyed the lessons. She was very flexible with lesson times, despite being very busy and in high demand. Helen kept me up to date on his progress, advising on the specific things he needed to work on outside of lessons. She helped him build his skills and confidence at the right pace. With Helen’s help he learnt quickly and safely and passed first time. I would strongly recommend Helen, she was outstanding.

Fantastic experience: Excellent instructor! Helen is highly experienced and has a 360 degree approach to teaching. Not only is her technical instruction clear and precise (without undermining confidence) she really helps you reflect on your driving 'hang ups' and unravel bad habits. I trust her completely and cannot imagine passing my test without my lessons with her.

Fantastic experience: Helen was a wonderful driving instructor. She was always very calm and explained any new manoeuvre very clearly. Helen is extremely knowledgable and could answer all my questions in regards to preparing for the driving test. She went out of her way to make sure I wouldn’t feel too anxious on the day and I credit her for helping build my confidence behind the wheel. Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Helen highly enough! She is a very calm and patient instructor, who helped me pass my test first time despite lockdown and having had my test cancelled twice. She was always on the end of a phone and gave me lots of useful advice. She made me feel at ease right from the first lesson.

Fantastic experience: After a long break from driving I took lessons with Helen and within a handful of lessons I am confidently back on the road. Helen really tailors each lesson to your strengths and weaknesses and had some useful tips for remembering things such as pizzas (roundabouts) which I’ll remember forever.
