Fantastic experience: I came back to learning to drive in my 40's after having unsuccessful attempts with many driving instructors in my early 20's and i wish i had learnt with Driven back then. You can tell that this driving school cares about it's Pupils and Instructors. Every interaction i had with Driven from booking my first lesson to passing was positive and they were so helpful and friendly- thank you particularly to April you were amazing. I learnt with Max he is an excellent instructor, he is very patient and teaches you how to really drive; not just pass a test. You are never too old to learn to drive! And i encourage anyone who thinks they can't do it to give it a try. A big thank you to Max and everyone at Driven.

Fantastic experience: I have been learning to drive with Driven for the last few months and passed first time today. When I started with them I had just had a really bad experience with another driving instructor, but Dean's teaching style immediately put me at ease, and he always prioritised learning to drive in a safe and secure way - which was good for me as I was pretty nervous to begin with! I passed my driving test at the first attempt thanks to him, and can't thank him enough for his patience, time, and humour throughout the process. I can't recommend Driven highly enough to anyone living in Beeston or the wider Nottingham area.

Negative experience: I had my first two-hour lesson with a man named Dean, who claimed to be the owner of the place. Unfortunately, his attitude towards me changed after I told him how I came to this country and that I wasn’t born here. During the lesson, he made several inappropriate comments, including: • “Did you think you were coming to this country for milk and honey?” • “If you respect me, I will respect you; otherwise, I don’t mind shooting someone in the head.” While he was saying these things, I tried to stay calm, avoid an argument, and be polite. Despite this, he attempted to act professionally and treat me fairly, but he couldn’t hide his racism when speaking about people like me. Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend this place to foreigners.

Fantastic experience: I picked up driving from scratch, and my instructor Dean got me test ready in just over 6 months. Couldn’t have gone anywhere better, definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have had a few different driving instructors in the past and none of them were anywhere near as conscientious, enthusiastic, diligent, and helpful as Max. I never in my wildest of dreams thought I could do a test, pass and get zero minors. I count myself very lucky to have found instructor like him and would recommend him to anyone. Fantastic experience: If you are looking for driving lessons, Driven is the best place. April go above and beyond to help you and make all the arrangement according to your needs / timings etc. Dean is my instructor. He can pick up immediately what you need for improvement and he will focus on it. Not just teaches you to pass your test but also teaches you how to be competent driver on the road. Very funny and never a dull moment during my lessons. Thank you Dean for this wonderful experience. To learners- invest for the best quality instructor. 100% highly recommended. And YES I passed my test first time.

Fantastic experience: Dean is a great driving instructor. He's a humourous and loves to crack jokes in the car, while staying laser-focused on my driving. He has very high standard and can always pick out the smallest issues I have. I pass my test 2nd try (1st attempt failed because of one silly mistake). Couldn't have done it without his excellent teaching and motivation. Thanks a lot Dean!

Fantastic experience: DRIVEN is hands down the best driving school you will ever find so you might as well stop searching for any other school and just call April (DRIVEN Admin Team) and book your first lesson. I passed FIRST TIME with ZERO minors all because of my fantastic instructor, Max. He is REALLY detailed in how to be a perfect driver and is also firm in the right ways to ensure you understand your mistakes and don't continue making them. There is nobody else I would want to be my instructor other than Max - he goes out of his way to find his students the best possible ways and methods to succeed and make the students life easier. He was also VERY flexible in the dates he could fit me in. When I was taking my test, I knew from the second I turned on the engine that I passed. Why? Because I knew Max was the best and he taught me to be perfect without wasting my or his time. DRIVEN really struck gold when they hired him. He taught me so well that I could go and drive for Mercedes Formula 1 team tomorrow with practically no issues. Book with DRIVEN, you won't regret it. Thank you Mad Max and April!

Fantastic experience: I passed my test yesterday and am so grateful to the staff here for helping me get there, especially as I am not a natural driver! I had two instructors from here as I began a new job so couldn't fit in weekdays anymore, Dean and Dave, both were excellent. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: I had put off getting my licence for years because I’d been nervous with learning to drive in the past, but Dean’s teaching skill and professionalism put me at ease, so I was finally able to feel confident enough to take my test and pass, which is a huge relief. I’d definitely recommend Dean to anyone who feels hesitant about getting their licence. He takes you through the lessons at your own pace and provides lots of good tips along the way

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. Dean was a real professional and very helpful. I have been with instructors that would mainly focus on teaching you how to show the examiner what s/he wants to see. Dean goes beyond test preparation to teach you how to be a good driver, at which point passing the test is merely a by-product.

Fantastic experience: I don't think my driving tuition could have been any better! I knew very little about driving before I started and within half a year I passed my test, first time, with 1 minor. My instructor Dean was extremely knowledgeable and patient, and he not only taught me to pass the test, but more importantly taught me to be a good and confident driver. Thanks for everything!

Fantastic experience: What can I say about Dean and Driven? If I learnt to drive with any other instructor, I would have probably given up after a month. Driving really didn’t come natural to me, my first lesson involved learning how to steer the wheel without making my arms cross like a pretzel. As the weeks and months went on, Dean’s persistence, knowledge and humour carried me through my lessons and after 13/14 months, I passed my driving test. Dean knew how to get the best out of me every lesson and build my confidence from zero to “I feel test ready”. Dean has gone above and beyond any instructor I could have chosen, he has been my chemist if I’ve felt unwell, my part time therapist when I had a bad day at work, he even fixed my glasses with tape when they broke the night before my practical test. I was able to build a great friendship with Dean who made my lessons feel more comfortable which I believe had a massive impact on my confidence behind the wheel. I will forever be grateful for Dean’s patience and ‘can do’ attitude. He was always punctual and never cancelled a lesson. He respected my busy work schedule and would always manage to fit me in his. He really is the best at what he does, I can’t recommend him enough. Thank you for everything Dean.

Fantastic experience: Passed first time. Can't recommend Dean and Driven enough. The guy is passionate about what he does, invests in the pupils he teaches and goes out of his way to make sure that his pupils are safe and smart drivers.

Fantastic experience: I passed my test first time today.Thanks to my instructor Tanya! She made the lessons enjoyable, she is a lovely person. I would highly recommend her as an instructor and this company is great too. Giving a special five star to them.

Fantastic experience: I did an intensive course with Dean after finishing uni, we did 2 hours a day for 4 weeks and I passed my test on the 2nd attempt. Dean was very easy to get along with from the moment I met him and I really enjoyed my time with him. Not only is he fun but he's also a great instructor, he was always trying to help me improve as a driver, never overly critical and took the time to explain things clearly when I made mistakes. He has a wealth of experience and his priority above all is safe driving, which is very apparent when being taught by him. He also has a wealth of funny jokes, ask him for some! April who works at reception and holds the company together was also incredible, always very accommodating including timing my lessons so I didn't miss any of the World Cup which was very appreciated. Driven went above and beyond to ensure that I learnt to drive and I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dean was always on time, lovely to work with, helped me pass second time (after a brainfart on a parallel park first time) and was always supportive and easy to get along with. I'd recommend this school to anyone!
