Fantastic experience: I've just passed my Automatic Driving Test in my first attempt with 4 minor faults. My learning experience with my instructor was superb. He's very calm and helps you cut out your mistakes constructively. I knew I'll have an incredible experience with this driving school from the first lesson, the personality of my instructor Zahid Mehmood and the app they use to help you track and reflect on your progress assured me of this. Hence he's lessons were very tailored, constructive. Always early for his lessons and he'll tell you in plenty of time on rare occasions he's unable to make it. I highly recommend this driving school to new learners.

Positive experience: I trained with Shabnam for over two months and passed the driving tests without any faults. She is very knowledgeable about Banbury test routes and the nuances of minor and major faults. During my test I was in a comfortable position to deal with anything the examiner asked me to do. And nothing came as a surprise.

Fantastic experience: I took around 12 classes from Shabnam, I had other classes from aother instructors as well earlier, never driven before. I can say from my experience that Shabnam is very professional yet makes you feel very comfortable when learning . The best thing I experienced with her is how objective she is and very realistic as well. If she can do only she will say yes or else she is very affirmative as well. Unlike, other ( most) instructors, she has these Likert scale, and a set of skills check list with rating, which she ask you to rate and then she also rates it from her point of view, thats how you know how far you are, rather then simply relying on the 'instincts of the instructor. In addition, she wont hold you of you are prepared and ready for the test. She took me to the test as well and came with me on the test, it was very comfortable to have her while you go for test, as it can certainly help you to calm the nerves. I would definitely recommend her, anyone in and around Banbury.

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend booking lessons with this instructor. She would constantly be on her mobile rather than giving driving instructions. 1 hour lessons are always finished in 45 minutes. You need to constantly ask for directions before every turn and roundabouts while she is on the phone. She would not even notice how you are driving rather she would make her own assumptions. Even after having 3 months of lessons, she wanted to book more lessons and not wanting to waste any more money, I stopped all further lessons with her. Fortunately, I was able to find another instructor and passed my driving on the scheduled test date. A legal complaint has been raised with DVSA. Please don't just waste your hard earned money.
