Fantastic experience: I’m writing this review for the anxious girlies who may want a female driving instructor - please listen to me when I say that Chis Veal from Positive Evolution is the most patient, kind and caring instructor, and I genuinely don’t think I would have found anyone better. Each lesson was tailored to me, and I felt so at ease learning even though I’m an anxious driver, because Chris was so incredibly patient and made the learning experience stress free. He would always have a massive smile each lesson and I will truly miss our lessons, after he helped me pass with only 1 minor! Im now so much more confident driving and I will be forever grateful. Chris, thank you so much for believing and putting up with me

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience taking driving lessons and recently passing my test with Steve at Positive Evolution. I came to him having failed a couple of driving tests several years ago when I was living in London. After that I'd just given up on driving and developed a real complex about it. Moving to Hampshire with two small children I just had to face my fear and Steve helped me enormously. He's was such a kind and calming presence and made me finally relax and feel at ease again in a car. I couldn't have conquered my nerves without him and can't thank him enough for all his help and encouragement and especially the specialist knowledge on those pesky Basingstoke roundabouts!

From the very first lesson, he made me feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel. His teaching style was clear, patient, and tailored to my pace, making sure I fully understood each maneuver before moving on to the next. He also helped me work through any nervousness and gave me helpful tips to calm my mind on test day. Thanks to his expertise and encouragement, I passed my driving test. I highly recommend this instructor to anyone looking to learn – he truly goes above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: I took lessons with Chris Veall from Positive Evolution and had a really great experience. Due to his very effective and attentive teaching style, I was able to improve my driving very quickly. Even though I was not able to practice very frequently in the months leading up to my test, I managed to pass first try, for which I have to give full credit to Chris and Positive Evolution.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Steve at Positive Evolution enough. He is a patient, personable and engaging instructor and I feel like I've been taught to be a good, safe driver, not just to pass the test - which I did with one "minor". His communication has been top notch and he was very helpful when I had to move my test and pick up a late notice slot due to my personal circumstances. The car is also a really nice one to drive and is always very clean and well maintained. Thanks for everything Steve, it was a real pleasure learning to drive with you.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible experience learning with Stuart. As someone who has always struggled with driving anxiety, Stuart had just the right mix of humour and seriousness to make me feel at ease and I ended up looking forward to future lessons instead of worrying about them. I now feel like a safe and confident driver. Can’t recommend him enough!

Fantastic experience: My son has just passed his test with Steve as his instructor, and I was so impressed with what I heard after each of his lessons I had to write a review myself! He made him feel so confident, gave him tips on how to cope with any test nerves, filled in the gaps in what he already knew and could do in ways that really made sense to him. He really enjoyed his lessons and found Steve really easy to get on with and trust to teach and be honest with him. It was lovely to see! Having now seen Steve’s book ‘Motion’ which is a brilliant visual workbook for learner drivers (automatic and manual), it is clear that he knows exactly how to help his students understand every aspect of driving they need to know. I think I may have even learned a few more things myself from looking through it! .

Fantastic experience: After struggling with driving for a long time and having a couple of instructors over many years, I was so relieved to find Stuart! He’s patient, thorough and happy to explain things a million times over (which I needed). I had been very scared of driving and honestly thought I’d never be able to do it. But Stuart helped me prove myself wrong! I failed 2 tests previously, with other instructors, but I passed with 1 minor after Stuart’s lessons! Very grateful for these lessons!!!

Fantastic experience: Where to start.. I have been driving with my hubby for quite a long time (over a year) ,then I had to find an instructor who is easy, and guide me through the proper rules and exam requirements! Well Steve is the O G ! Absolute fantastic. He uses loads of visual aids , also his own books with his own illustrations,which I find so so good. Not your average ,dry ,boring driving lesson.. I had two hours long lessons each time,mixed with driving and theoretical training(well balanced),I picked up many many good things through these hours. Honestly,I highly recommend him. You get so much for your money.I passed my test with no stress. I can not thank you enough for being patient and just simply a good instructor! Keep up the good work ! N
