Fantastic experience: The pro driver team are just brilliant they are all so friendly and helpful! When I first started with pro I had already had lessons with other instructors, and I think my brain just didn’t click with their teaching methods. But when I started with Pernille she was very patient and started right from the basics again, which built my confidence up. This made it easier for me to learn how to pass the test and most importantly drive safely. When it came to manoeuvres, she takes time to find out what ways work and don’t work with the individual student. This was great for me as I struggled with my lefts and rights during my training. All in all my experience with pro driver was excellent and I can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Had been asked a few times to train to become an instructor as Charles (my new boss) believed I had the potential to do it, always shrugged it off never believing I could (financially or physically) well one summer afternoon in August 2023 after a pants day at work we crossed paths and he asks again, now something triggered in me to try so I agreed, had a sit down and worked out the what I needed to do to get going, started training in October 23 (realised I could not drive like I thought I could) passed my advanced theory in Jan 24 passed my advanced driving test in may 24, with 1 driver fault, now this is guy that could barley check a mirror let alone a right shoulder check fast forward from then to yesterday and I passed my part 3 instructor test with 41-53 marks, buzzing is an understatement for what I’ve just achieved. If you’d like a change of career and fancy yourself teaching people how to drive then definitely contact Pro-driver training, Charles is an absolutely fantastic instructor and will give you everything you need from his vast wealth of knowledge for you to gain the skills and the confidence to go on the road and change people’s lives

Fantastic experience: My daughter (10 years) had her first lesson in the Pro-Drive play pen today and I can honestly say it was the most brilliant experience and she has not stopped talking about it. Charles was warm and welcoming and made us both feel at ease. He went the extra mile to ensure we captured the special moment and made a little girls birthday dream come true. He explained everything in an age appropriate and easy to understand way which gave her tonnes of confidence and enthusiasm. Thank you! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing time learning to drive with pro. Pernille was a very calm and patient instructor :), which made me feel more comfortable and confident with my driving. She made an effort to let me have several mock tests with different instructors which helped me to prepare for my test and passed it in just one try. Leslie is also very accommodating, she sorted out my practical test date before my theory test certificate expires.

Fantastic experience: I started my driving lessons with Charles almost two years ago, and I can't recommend him enough! I really struggled learning to drive, due to my concentration not being the best! However from the very beginning, Charles was patient, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Charles has a fantastic way of explaining things clearly and breaking down difficult maneuvers into manageable steps. He always knew when to push me to improve and when I needed encouragement. Thanks to his guidance, I passed my driving test first time. I wouldn't have done it without him!!!!! Beyond being a great teacher, Charles is also a really nice and funny guy who cares about his students' progress. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Pro driver training enough. My son has struggled a little with his confidence and nerves when driving and this is something that instructors at different driving schools haven’t helped with. Charles started teaching my son and straight away he said he felt totally different. He felt comfortable with his teaching technique and started to enjoy the process. Charles was patient, kind and empathic and I couldn’t believe the difference in my son’s driving ability in such a short space of time. I felt confident my son was being taught to be a safe and capable driver beyond sitting his test and not just being taught to pass the test. He passed his driving test yesterday . If you are looking for lessons you will definitely get an exemplary standard of instructor with Pro. A huge thank you to Charles and the Pro team. Now time for car shopping!

From the moment I booked driving lessons with this company Lesley sorted everything in an instant, she made everything very easy for me as a parent. My son then met his driving instructor who worked around the hours that we were able to do. Mirza is a truly amazing instructor. He made my son feel very comfortable while making sure that he covered everything. Fantastic experience: Brilliant experience from start to end. Other reviews on here complain about availability etc. It is a busy time for driving and always will be! Not just lessons but test times as well. I had Pernille and she was fantastic, not once did I feel uncomfortable or stupid for making a mistake. She was always so calm and attentive with brilliant instruction. I passed first time with 1 fault, I think that says it all. These guys are everything driving instructors should be. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Having tried lessons at various points over the past 30yrs in manual vehicles and not getting on with them, i gave up! Then along came Pro-Driver. From the start they were fantastic, Lesley got me booked in and setup to begin. I started my lessons in August 2023 with Pernille who works with the Automatic car, which was a game changer for me! Her patience, knowledge and ability to put me at ease was fantastic. Her belief in me being ready to take the practical test was a great boost too and at 48yrs old i finally passed my test on 25th March 2024 with a clean sheet and im still floating!! I highly recommend Pro-Driver Training 1000% and hope to send my son their way in the near future when he decides to start driving!

Negative experience: I haven’t had any driving lessons (and neither will I ever want them here) so I can’t comment on the quality of those (would suggest you check out yell reviews as well as google). But I will still go out of my way to leave this review based on my enquiry alone because that was a bit ominous RE the quality to come. If you have the chance please try other options before this! So. I’m checking round for availability for weekend & evening tuition, plus intensive course. Not unreasonable. Prompt callback, wonderful. Attitude - rubbish. The woman bluntly told me they couldn’t help immediately, then dragged out the conversation five minutes to have a go at me for daring to request lessons that weren’t at really inconvenient times for me as a working parent. “I can’t ask my instructors to work 13 hour days for you” and “you can’t expect to have it all on your terms” are a couple of direct quotes. I even told her I felt she was being aggressive at one point and she apologised then just carried on. I thought I was enquiring, not demanding. Also… you’d sort of expect it to be a bit on your terms as you’re paying about two grand for it. If you can’t help, absolutely fine. No problem. But say it politely and without being condescending like the others did?? Why behave in such a strange way?! Woman told me nowhere else would be able to help me and said “at least you know how it is now”. I honestly struggled to get her and her patronising righteousnesses off the phone long after it became apparent they couldn’t help me. I mean they tried to call me again today so maybe they could have helped me after all, but I don’t care how good the instructor is if that’s the initial impression I’ve got. I found somewhere else to pay £2,000 to fairly swiftly as these guys clearly didn’t want my money ‍♀️ Honestly I would have fired this woman long ago if she worked for me. Just because you can’t drive, does not mean you’re stupid and will take being patronised. So goodbye, 5 stars. You can’t have it all on your terms
