Fantastic experience: The quick and positive response I received when I contacted Rugby School of Motoring made me choose this school. Unlike other driving schools that had long waiting times in Rugby, My instructor, Russell, promptly asked for my availability and started my lessons the following week. From the very first class, Russell explained me all the car controls clearly, assessed my driving skills, and tailored the lessons to my needs. The progress was smooth and well-paced, which boosted my confidence. He ensured I practiced and mastered each lesson thoroughly before moving on, which made me feel well-prepared for my test. Fantastic experience: Before finding Rugby School of Motoring, I’d tried other instructors around Rugby, but they either kept cancelling the lessons or didn’t bother replying at all. But Rugby School of Motoring always got back to me quickly. My instructor, Russell, is experienced and firm. He had a knack for spotting my weak points and setting up lessons to work on them. Fantastic experience: I remember the time that I was looking for a driving Instructor around Daventry or rugby area and Rugby school of motoring is the only one that I could reach very easily and I was very impressed the way they handled me. I was really dig deep to get to know about the school from friends and families as well as the internet, I found all the positives feedback from all around and their reputation was really High. Then I joined few months before and Russ Allan was my driving instructor. It was really easy to follow their method to learn all about the driving and my instructor was really patient and professional throughout my driving lesson. It worth every penny I spent there. Fantastic experience: I chose Rugby School Of Motoring because they offered Automatic lessons at a competitive price and the amount of first time pass success. The lessons and nature of my instructor Russell was calm and informative. Russell engaged with me in a positive manner and was always patient with my learning. He explained how to do everything in good detail so that I was able to master the skills quickly. Fantastic experience: I would recommend Russell from Rugby school of motoring, as someone who found driving challenging he was very patient and completely put me at ease. Russell always explained in a way that I could remember and understand. As I could only commit to different times and dates due to work/other commitments, Russell was always flexible. Fantastic experience: *I highly recommend Russel for his promptness and way of instructing* During the pandemic, it was very difficult to get an instructor. I called up many driving instructors in Rugby, but Russel was different. He took my details and called back exactly before the lock down got lifted to speak about plans. Russel's way of instructing was very pleasing (I can compare it with another instructor I had lessons with earlier). Russel was really cool and observes the driving carefully, without creating any tension during the drive. His methods of instructing were systematic and easy to understand. Despite Russel is busy, he managed to get slots for me based on my convenience. I really enjoyed driving with him and learned a lot during my lessons. He gave me confidence to take the test in the slot I received from DSA (hard to get one after lock down - 5 months waiting to rebook another). Russel was willing to go to Warwick for the test unlike others I called up. And, I am very glad to say, I passed in my first attempt ! Thank you Russel for your support.

Fantastic experience: My instructor was Russell and i learnt to drive in Rugby. I chose Rugby School of Motoring because I heard from two different people that they had passed using this driving school and both had good experiences. After this i looked at the reviews and saw an overall positive response which made me sure that i wanted to learn there too. My instructors methods of teaching were effective and i enjoyed my time learning, despite finding it difficult to pick up certain aspects of driving very quickly. Fantastic experience: Russell is a great driving instructor. I chose Rugby school of motoring because it is one of the few schools which offers lessons for manual transmission in Rugby. I struggled with clutch control a lot because of my muscle memory with Automatic transmission. But, Russell's clear instructions and his patience helped me overcome this challenge. I passed the test on my first attempt, Russell's attention to detail and structured approach led me to pass the test earlier than I had expected. Fantastic experience: A reliable driving school with professional and patient instructors! I was a very nervous learner and was close to giving up driving after my previous driving instructor told me that I am "too nervous to drive". Russell helped me improve my driving skills and to build my confidence behind the wheel. I eventually passed my test with only one minor fault. Negative experience: Called driving school three times over a week and every single time was told that all instructors are out on lessons now and I would get a call back but it never happened. I’m assuming that all the good reviews are just written by people who work there not by actual customers.

Negative experience: Couldn't even get the information I needed. Phoned the number and lady said the instructor would call me. Instead, Russell texted me, offered me no chance to answer my questions and just presumed I was already enrolled. His words were: 'Will call you Monday to take a card payment' No information about offers available that I was interested in. No customer care and seemed very money orientated. I'm sorry but being new to all of this I expected better. Hopefully this review can offer constructive criticism rather than leave a sour taste.

After having a bad experience with another driving school, Russell quickly picked up on what I had been doing wrong and explained why, and what I could do to improve. Fantastic experience: I choose Rugby School of Motoring because i was reading the feedback on the website and all of them are positive about the price and the instructors. Russel is a good instructor, he explain very calm and clear, verry supportive and helpfull. First time that i took the driving exam i failed and this thing made me to don't give up, see where i need to improve, see what mistakes i was make and toghether with my instructor Russel we focused on improving them and on my second time that i took the exam i was succesfull!
