Negative experience: Absolute worst driving instructor! Took few lessons with them few years ago and initially it was ok. But then instructor kept coming late, finishing lessons early, making me stop next to shop to buy stuff and constantly go on his phone. What a joke. Do not recommend.

Negative experience: I took lessons with road runners I failed my driving test twice. I had experience driving for 7 years in my country. While giving me lessons the road runner instructor watched football. Mujeeb the name of the road runner instructor. I was very disappointed in him. I took lessons from another driving school and passed with them.

Fantastic experience: I have had lessons from multiple schools and have to conclude roadrunner being by far the best. My instructor was very patient and reassuring always motivating me, leading to me passing first time. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to pass quicky.

Fantastic experience: I had a lovely and friendly instructor named Yasmin. She was very professional and if you made a mistake she would make you correct it. Yasmin helped me boost my confidence and helped a lot on roundabouts, meetings, junctions etc. I learnt a lot from her and pleased to say that I passed first time. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends. Good price and very reliable.

Fantastic experience: My instructor Mr. Mujib was very professional and at the same time very friendly. Most importantly he helped me boosting my confidence which I needed the most as I failed my previous test with different school due to hasitations. Finally I passed with his help. I would highly recommend anyone this school espically the instructor Mr. Mujib for any learner.

Positive experience: I had a driving instructor called Akma. He was nice and all, sadly he was not teaching me properly. I realised the depth lacking in my lessons when I decided to try a new instructor. I have left this driving school now Also, why do they finish the lesson 10 minutes early?

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. My instructor is always late for my lesson and also tries to shorten my driving lesson. Dishonest And very unprofessional. I don't recommend this company to anyone looking for driving lessons. My instructor ( Wahid) was very rude aswell and would never listen to me. I asked for my money back and he refused as I paid for 30 lessons up front. If I could rate it in below zero I would.

Fantastic experience: One of the best driving school, Instuter was very helpful and professional n 1st time pass. Very Simple‍♂️

Positive experience: Driving instructor could communicate effectively and was understanding...sometimes. At times it seemed as if he would lose his temper so if you're a slow learner then I suggest you go else where unless you want to feel very intimidated. Also, the car that I used wasn't what I would describe as 'clean', so if you're fussy about cleanliness I recommend looking elsewhere. Albeit, the instructor was punctual and given that you call their office to book, their response time can be very quick. I don't recommend booking via the website as they took far too long (3 days or so) to response. After calling in, they called back after 30ish minutes. All in all, a decent driving school with ok customer service but a poor/acceptable fleet.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE Booked a block of 5 lessons for £80 - on the morning of our first lesson, he text saying his car was broken, I called tree times to re book then again in the morning of the lesson he cancelled again. I called and got my money back - be warned

Negative experience: Please don't use this company, very unprofessional and dishonest. I phoned these guys and asked how much was the lesson on automatic was told £22 per lesson and a block of 10 lesson discounted at £200. On the day of first lesson I gave the instructor £110 and told him the following day I will given him the remaining £100. First lesson and ONLY lesson, very unprofessional and uncomfortable due TO THE EXCESS SMELL OF SMOKE After calling the company on after what supposed to be first lesson and TOLD THEM I never wanted to see that individual again, I asked for my refund I was only given £ 87 after the instructor collected £110 and was told its £23 for individual lesson. PLEASE, please don't waste your money.. In order to publicly post my review, I had to give a star. But they deserver 5 minuses stars. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: Do not go to them, had a very abusive driving instructor under the name "Elroy" very treatning to my family and me. Do not advise them as they also cheat you for you're money.

Fantastic experience: From roadrunner I had Shilpi Begum as my instructor. Shilpi helped me perfect my driving skills and now I can confidently say I'm a good and safe driver. She will immediately notice your weaknesses, and work on them with you until you get it right. I travelled to her from Greenwich because I liked her so much and thought it was worth the travel. I would definitely recommend roadrunner and Shilpi.

Fantastic experience: I've been taking driving lessons with Roadrunner. The instructor, Shilpi has always been patient with me, she is very calm and always giving positive, clear advice and intructions. I passed my driving test yesterday with only two minors. I would highly recommend Roadrunner and Shilpi.

Negative experience: I would nor recommend anyone this driving school.The instructor i had was not professional he was always late at my lessons and lot of cancellations for no reason , bad communication, lack of genuine interest in teaching and spent a vast amount of time driving others students in my lessons and taking me to places i was not going to be examined. Very disappointing, being in teaching just for money.

Negative experience: I don't recomended about roadrunner

Negative experience: Simply the worst consumer experience I've ever had in my life. Instructor was late, kept me waiting in the rain for 15 minutes after attempting to haggle the location and time of the lesson and lied about his location on route. The first thing the instructor (simply known as 'Mo') did was complain that I had paid through the school stating he preferred to be paid in cash, he then proceed to light up a cigarette and berate me CONSTANTLY, making his frustration evident. Pathetic teaching technique and no patience, but it gets worse. Yes, worse than the instructor lighting up a cigarette at the start of my lesson. He indirectly calls me an idiot by going over a lengthy anecdote about how his idiot friend breaks with his left foot as this is what idiots do, despite the fact I was not doing this AT ALL, all of this during my PAID lesson. Shortly afterwards he stops the car to complain I'm not listening and he will be cancelling the lesson. Attempts to intimidate me and drops me off on the road in the middle of nowhere. I was refused a refund, investigation or even an apology for the lesson, and I was left feeling completely disrespected and swindled in all honesty. Even writing this I am struggling to believe how anyone in their right mind can consider this an acceptable service. Do yourself a favour and book your lessons anywhere else. Seriously, anywhere.
