Fantastic experience: I remember my first lesson with Deej, I was shaking with anxiety about driving again but Deej is an amazing instructor within 20 minutes of driving around my anxiety was at ease, he’s very knowledgeable and he teaches you to really drive rather than just pass the test for example with parking he teaches you methods to park any car rather than just his car to prepare you for real world driving once you’ve passed your test, he’s kind and professional and very punctual to and on the lessons and makes you feel really calm about driving, you can really learn at your own pace with him. In every lesson with Deej I felt challenged to make more progress, and he keeps amazing notes so that you both know where you are with your driving progress. I’m happy to say that with Deej’s expert instruction I was able to pass my driving test with only 3 minor faults at York DTC I can do nothing but recommend to take Deej as your driving instructor, he is definitely worth the wait.

Fantastic experience: Deej has taught be to drive since February and I passed recently. I think he is a good instructor because he is honest and genuine with general interest to make you a good driver not just pass a test.

Fantastic experience: Deej was a phenomenal driving instructor! I couldn't have asked for a better teacher. It had been ten years since I last had driving lessons and he made driving incredibly fun and easy going. His level of knowledge is fantastic and I was never left wondering or uncertain about what to do in a particular situation. Deej will tell it it you straight whether you are doing a good job or not and I really appreciated that. I know that when I go out by myself I'll be able to make the correct decisions at all times. Deej is also incredibly patient, empathetic and most importantly listens carefully when I had doubts, questions or issues. The car is lovely to drive too. Don't learnt o.drivr with anyone else. Kris

Fantastic experience: Deej is such a fantastic driving instructor. Not only is he informative and a great teacher, but a really nice person who is so easy to get along with. I managed to pass my test first time with 0 driving faults today because of his excellent teaching. I would recommend his services to anyone who is wanting to learn to drive, as he doesn’t just teach you how to pass the test but also how to become a complete driver while being safe and competent on the roads.

Fantastic experience: Great driving instructor, passed first time after learning with him. He taught me how to drive using skills and techniques which he has developed over a long time, especially helping me with roundabouts and the manoeuvres (which I had struggled with in the past). Also was very friendly and communicative. Would highly recommend if you want to learn to drive.

Fantastic experience: I had a really great experience learning to drive with Deej - I'm not a natural driver but he was always very patient and clear, and very perceptive to really see and address what I needed to improve on. Fantastic experience: I had the best possible experience with Deej as my driving instructor! I loved that the lessons were 2 hours as it gave me time to perfect the skills I’d learned in the lesson, he was great at teaching in a way that made it easy to pickup, and if I was finding a particular skill hard to remember and get my head around he taught it in a way that was right for me. He always asked if there was anything I wanted to practice or go over and made me feel comfortable to make mistakes and learn from them. I passed first time and it was all down to Deej! Plus he’s very friendly and chatty so it made learning a less daunting experience. Couldn’t recommend more!

Fantastic experience: Deej is everything you could want in a driving instructor and more. As a literal instructor's instructor his knowledge and expertise is top notch, and the way he structures lessons is incredibly well thought out to give you all the practice you need while still being flexible. One lesson, just since it had flooded, he announced we were going to do "flood training", learning how to assess and safely deal with flooded roads. Not on the test, but an invaluable skill for driving in the real world. On top of all of this, he's simply a lovely bloke.

Fantastic experience: After a bad experience with another instructor and never wanting to drive again, I took the plunge and booked with Deej, it was the best decision I've made in a long time. He is very calm, professional and made lessons fun. As an older learner I was very nervous and lacked the confidence of a younger person but after a few lessons and gentle pushing of my comfort boundaries I started to enjoy driving. Fantastic experience: I had tried out a couple of driving instructors before contacting Deej on the advice of a friend, and it ended up being a great decision. He was always really friendly and relaxed which made lessons fun, but also great at focusing in on areas that needed improving and helping you pinpoint exactly how to do it. Made the whole experience as stress-free as possible. I really couldn't recommend him enough for any new learner.

He has a great way, often humorous, way to explain the technical side of driving. He helped me learn and understand how to approach and navigate challenging roundabouts and junctions.
