Fantastic experience: Mark’s a well known reputable driving instructor, I couldn’t recommend him anymore. Passed first time with 2 driving faults. Really patient and easy to get along with. Never hurries you or puts any pressure on you to do something that your not quite confident doing, everything’s at the pupils own pace. Always happy to talk things through, answer any questions and help people correct mistakes. Really good at fitting lessons in around peoples busy schedules. I looked forward to my lessons and learning to drive.

Mark makes learning to drive so much easier as he goes through it at your own pace and goes back over things you find difficult or don’t feel 100% confident with. Fantastic experience: Choose this driving school, no matter what your age or level of confidence, for excellent tuition from Mark. I had about 6 months worth of lessons from Mark and, I'm proud to say, I passed my test the day before my 62nd birthday. Although I had had quite a few lessons with a different instructor previously, I didn't start to learn to drive until I went with Mark. He is patient, understanding, positive and clear in his instruction and explanation. His lessons will take you into lots of different driving situations (rather than driving the same route every lesson) to build your confidence and increase your ability. Don't waste your time and money on other instructors; choose Mark first. He is friendly and witty and he makes lessons very enjoyable. He is interested in helping you achieve your goal in passing your test and this shows in the high first time pass rate. I can't recommend him highly enough. He's brilliant. That was my first review done on 2017. This is my latest review: I think it's very difficult to find a good driving instructor. I had numerous lessons at different times in my life. However, I never really felt as though I learnt very much or understood what I was doing and there was definitely no enjoyment in them! . My second instructor messed me about a lot, often cancelled lessons or failed to turn up and often shouted at me during lessons. I was convinced I would never learn to drive. I arranged some lessons with Mark and was pretty horrified when he suggested I have 2 hour lessons as they are much more beneficial than lessons which last.an hour. (He will arrange 1 hour lessons if you prefer.) I went along with his recommendation and made pretty rapid progress as a result. Mark's instruction is very clear and anything you don't understand he patiently explains. . He never shouts or makes you feel inadequate or like an idiot at any time. (He does make you repeat manoeuvres a couple of times for practice but that's all to your benefit.) He has great banter and might laugh with you at silly mistakes you might make but in no way is he critical . You are only learning after all. His friendly attitude makes you feel at ease and you take in and retain what he has told you. I could have just said he was brilliant but I think that opinion needs to be justified. I had failed my first test with my first instructor in the 90's and I burst into tears at the end of the test because I was so wound up and really didn't have a clue what I was doing! I also failed my first test with Mark and that was down to nerves again but at least I knew what I was meant to do! No tears that time; just an acceptance and realisation of the reason behind the failure. I booked another test and I passed this time with only 2 faults gained when I returned to the test centre. It was the day before my 62nd birthday and the best birthday present! I cannot recommend Mark highly enough. Take lessons with him and you won't regret it. My only regret is that I didn't book with him sooner. 10/10!

Fantastic experience: I passed with mark in 2019 ( next2pass) With 2 faults and I was expecting a lot worse But mark is an amazing instructor He made me feel at ease while learning to drive He helped me study for my theory He was flexible and managed to fit my lessons around work and 2 kids I was a single mother and he was absolutely brilliant Learning and just driving around talking to mark kept you calm so there were no nerves Mark is an all round nice bloke and passing my test with him was an absolute pleasure I’m now 2 and half years passed now and not one single crash he teaches well

I put it down to Marks style of teaching, he is patient, professional and provides a relaxed learning environment. He is a good laugh and puts you at ease while learning. Fantastic experience: Mark is a great driving instructor. I wanted to learn with him, as my partner did approximately 7 years ago. When I first started my lessons, I was so nervous about driving. Mark put me at ease on every lesson, he took it at my pace and was so friendly and understanding. I always thought driving lessons would be quite formal and intimidating but not with Mark. After a couple of lessons I was no longer nervous and actually started to enjoy driving. I passed my driving test first time with only 3 minors. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone!

He makes learning to drive simple and straight forward and is very supportive from the first lesson to passing your test. I really couldn't recommend him enough. He really reduced my anxiety and dealt with my dramas without a fuss. He really does have all his pupils best interests at heart and works with you to achieve timely and successful completion of your test!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend next 2 pass to anyone who is thinking of taking up driving. Mark is helpful and so understanding. He goes through things and explains things in away that helps you remember how to do them aswell as being supportive. Mark is also great at being able to work around you as i do nightshift so mark did his best to work round my hours which was great. I did lessons with mark for 8 months and passed my threoy and driving test through the help of next 2 pass. So anyone who is looking to take up driving lesson give next 2 pass a call and get booked up. You really wont regret it and you'll be one step closer to getting on the road.
