Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend Nick highly enough - he is a great instructor. I was a nervous driver who struggled a lot but Nick was always calm, patient but not shy to tell me when I’d got it wrong. I passed first time with only 3 minor faults and that was solely thanks to Nick’s wonderful tuition! Fab driving instructor!

Fantastic experience: Nick is an all round ace instructor! His patience and detailed explanations really helped me get to where I needed to be. He helped me build up my confidence behind the wheel and with a mixture of regular lessons and some intensive, I passed my test on the first try! I really cannot recommend Ace driving school enough.

Fantastic experience: I joined Nick in November 2021. After the first couple of lessons I still had a lot to improve on and with constant encouragement and detailed explanation from Nick I started to eradicate those mistakes. I would highly recommend using Nick at Ace Driving School. I used a mixture of lessons and an intense driving course when coming closer to the test date, which was very useful.

Fantastic experience: Nick was a patient, friendly and really encouraging instructor. He was always great whenever I felt anxious (which was a lot of the time, I was a very nervous driver) but he was so supportive and really made me feel like I could do it. I never thought I would be a confident driver but thanks to Nick and his teaching I passed first time and am so pleased and proud! Would highly recommend Ace driving school.

Negative experience: If I could give no stars I would. He started off alright but quickly changed. He was unhelpful and expensive. When booking my test he said to do it but then when on a drive after a few weeks away, he said I would not pass and should cancel my test. Little does he know i took my test in my car and passed first time!

Fantastic experience: After moving to the area and not knowing anyone i went off the reviews to find a instructor. As i am disabled and extremely nervous i needed someone who was going to be patient and understanding with me. Nick adapted my lessons to my needs and took it at my pace. He was also calm, explained everything well and we even had a laugh every lesson. And today i passed my test first time with only 4 faults, something i never thought i'd be able to do with my nerves. He really is a great instructor and i would recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Having had a 10 year break from trying to pass my test after complete loss of confidence, I decided it was finally time to crack on and get it done. Nick is an excellent driving instructor, and I cannot recommend his services enough. I took my test yesterday, the first one in 10 years and passed! Don't worry if you feel that driving doesn't come naturally to you, he will explain step by step, what you need to do, how to do it and when it has to be done. Fantastic experience: I came to Nick with driving experience and an attitude that i new most things and only needed a few lessons to brush up. How wrong!! I quickly learned that no matter how long you've been a provisional driver and how good you think you are,there are some things,help and advice only a qualified driving instructor can give. Nick is calm,reliable,honest, truthfull,firm and has the patients of a saint. Which is what you need,if like me, you get frustrated easily.I passed my test 1st time with 5 minors. I can't sing this mans praises enough,he is worth every penny,i hope that he's still an instructor in 2 years when my son starts learning,he will be the first person i ring. He has alot of patience which is good when you're a mess because you messed up bay parking for the 10th time in a row!
