When I met Vernon I had no idea whatsoever on how to drive a car at all, in 2 months Vernon got me test ready and I managed to pass my test with only 1 minor just two months after starting with him. Fantastic experience: This is the easiest 5* I've given to a business. I have always been incredibly nervous of cars and thought I'd never get close to passing my test. I've had an instructor in the past that made me feel more anxious and taught me a few bad habits. Vern tore all of that negativity down and taught me to drive in a way that worked for me and to be much more confident. Fantastic experience: As a very nervous driver going into lessons with Vernon having had three instructors already previously, I was filled with dread. Vernon was incredibly patient with me and built up my confidence gradually and gave me the tools to drive independently with confidence and competence. Fantastic experience: I needed to convert from an international to a UK driving licence and thought it would be prudent to be scrutinised and guided by a driving instructor first. This was one of the best decision I have made. After 35 years of driving there were some "habits" that I had taken on and they needed to be corrected. My instructor Vernon was understanding and most helpful. I have passed my driver's test, thanks in a not insignificant way to my instructor. Positive recommendations are a given! Thank you!

I found him to be incredibly professional and patient, he definitely put me at ease and by the time of my driving test I felt really well prepared, with a good idea of what to expect. The mock tests helped to build my confidence as they gave me experience of driving under exam conditions and also of the possible test routes. Another thing I found particularly helpful was the end of lesson reviews which we would talk through to assess what I had learned, and which he would then email to me. Fantastic experience: After having an awful experience with another driving school and not being able to book a test for over 5 months locally , I found IGO driving school who where helpful and supportive and set up lessons with Vernon who was fantastic and proffesional and I passed first ime with a few minors.
