Fantastic experience: Class 2 HGV first time pass.... class 1 HGV first time pass.... need I say more! Top class facilities, clean modern vehicles and their own yard to practice reversing exercises. I had mark for class 2 and Phil for class 1 and they are both consummate professionals as well as genuinely nice guys! Fantastic experience: I started my class C/2 HGV training on 23/1/2023 with a 4 day course with CPC mod 4 and Practical Driving test on 26/1/23 from start to finish Mark & phil made my whole experience comfortable and test ready as I was nervous but they both took that anxiety away from the start.I personally recommend anyone who’s looking to further there career to defiantly try Phil brown training first. So I passed my HGV class C/2 first time with very few minors but I can’t thank them both enough. hopefully in the future I will be returning to do class 1 without a doubt . Fantastic experience: I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the way this company handled my nerves and anxiety today.. After failing my test previously, I really was not in great place mentally. Phils approach with me was extremely unique and eased my nerves to a point where I was ready for my test.. Its people and service like this that doesn't last for just one day. I will genuinely remember Phil Brown LGV and the way they treated me for a very long time, and at any opportunity, ensure that others can benefit in the way that I have too... Fantastic experience: I passed my B+E Trailer Test with these guys today! Really happy with the service, Mark was an excellent instructor and guided me through the whole process. The truck they provided had a reverse camera which I was really pleased about as it made coupling the trailer easy. Due to COVID I was having a hard time finding a provider that could fit me in within the next 6 weeks!! Luckily I called Phil on Monday and passed the test on Thursday the same week! (I did have to travel to Droitwich from Wolverhampton to do it but it was well worth the trip, Droitwich is a pretty easy place to drive around too which helps). They have their own approved test facility on site which is great too because you're practicing the reverse manoeuvre etc in the exact spot that you'll be in for the actual test! Would definitely recommend, thanks guys!

Phil and Mark are very nice blokes who do an excellent job with all the training from start to finish within 4 days of meeting Mark I passed my HGV cat C rigit first time with only 1 minor I also passed my CPC Mod 4 with a score of 100%. Negative experience: I attended a forklift truck course in 2016 Was told the hours would be downloaded towards my cpc & gave my card to member of staff . This week I’ve checked my cpc hours because it’s due in September the hours were not downloaded now they want £96 to do this Stay away from this company shop Around far many places cheaper This is not the end of this

Fantastic experience: We always use Phil Brown Transport Training for LGV training. They are very polite and patient instructors.

Fantastic experience: The reason they need to assess you is because they need to know what your driving level is, things like what bad habits you may have, so just telling them you have loads of experience won't enable them to give you a quote. These guys may charge a little more but they offer alit more in return. Things like test center on site. Good trucks to learn in. Flexible hours of tuition. Great service, great price. Fantastic experience: Just passed my lgv class 1 (c+e) first time with Phil brown at 22. Highly recommended, the difference between this training school and the one I passed my lgv c with are very clear. First class training with modern vehicles. You have your test at the same yard as you practice in as it is an approved dvsa test centre. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I tried to contact this school to arrange some training but they were rude and not helpful at all. I wanted a class C rating and I explained I have been driving for 20 years. Their response was to tell me what I "should" have on my license. I explained I had much experience. I was told my own assessment does not mean anything to them. They refused me any kind of price and instead tried to strong arm me into coming down for an assessment. You should have listened and should have given me the price I asked for based on the information I gave you. Your business is unprofessional and pushy. Your customer service is non existent. I would not send my enemy to Phil Brown. I am just glad it happened sooner than later.
