Fantastic experience: I'd absolutely recommend Karen as an instructor, I was initially nervous about learning to drive but over the time I've had lessons with her she couldn't be more helpful, from the first hour on the road to passing my test first try!

Fantastic experience: Over the short period of time I've spent with Karen as my driving instructor I can confidently say she has helped me improve massively as a driver. After being taught by another instructor prior to Karen and failing a couple times, She has managed to help me relax and focus on safe and confident driving. Her way of teaching and learning puts you in control and lets you sparkle. She puts you at ease and helps you review and reflect making you a better driver. Safe to say I will definitely miss her lessons. If your nervous or think your not capable of driving, Karen will show you otherwise.

Fantastic experience: Karen has been the best driving instructor I could ask for, I was extremely nervous to start driving but Karen helped me to feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel. She took me from not being able to go above 5 miles per hour to passing my driving test. She is a wonderful person and I couldn’t have asked for a better leaning experience.

Fantastic experience: Karen has been a valuable safety source since I passed in an automatic licence. Karen teaching geared has still answered all questions I’ve had since passing, and offered to take extra time out with me not even in the car just to talk through my fears and worries. My whole family is buried at the memorial tree of a drunk driver; so for Karen to take this time and go the extra mile to make me feel safe on the road has been an enormous privilege in my life and I hope to all who meet Karen and learn from clover school that you all feel safer for it and trust she is a competent, polite, professional individual who is honest, funny, motivated and determined to see you pass. Fantastic experience: Karen is genuinely the best driving instructor on the face of the planet, no exaggeration. She puts her focus into creating a safe and calm environment in the car and adapting her teaching style to suit her clients. She takes an approach to teaching where you choose which areas of driving you feel you need to practice and adapts each lessons to suit you, instead of following a copy-and-paste plan with every student. The evaluation at the end of each drive has helped me to become a safe, confident and introspective driver - a million miles from where I started. I genuinely cannot thank Karen enough for all the support, laughs and encouragement. I will miss our chats about chickens and the allotment. Hope you have the best adventure in Somerset ☀️

Fantastic experience: Karen is a great instructor and was extremely patient with me during my lessons and help me correct mistakes I was making, once she found I was comfortable with driving and had learnt all I needed to she went above and beyond to make sure my driving was polished and neat ready for my driving test and because of Karen I had the knowledge and ability to pass first time.

Fantastic experience: Karen is an absolute angel!! She was very patient with my driving lessons, helped me pass today with flying colours!! I couldn’t have asked for a better driving instructor!! Even after a short break from driving Karen still helped me to achieve my goal!!! I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to teach me from day 1 until my test!! I was originally quite fearful of driving but after much encouragement and patience from her, I soon excelled and can now actually say I like driving (to an extent) !! Fantastic experience: I had come to Karen after having 7 or 8 lessons with a previous instructor who had to stop due to medical problems. In this time, Karen was really patient and helped me improve week on week. I think the clear plan and reflection after every lesson was really good and is something more instructors should do . Fantastic experience: Karen is an amazing driving instructor she has helped me from the very start to become a confident independent driver. I passed my test with flying colours thanks to Karen. She also got my older brother though his test as well. Karen is amazing at her job and has a very welcoming presents when you get in the car. She teachers all you need to know about driving I would highly recommend I wouldn't choose anyone different. She's calm and collective and has a sense of humour which is nice to have when your learning to drive for the first time. I'm so pleased that Karen was recommended to me as I couldn't have done it without her help.

Fantastic experience: The short review is that Karen is an AMAZING driving instructor whom I whole heartedly recommend for any new driver. She is calm, honest and I always look forward to driving with her due to her brilliant sense of humour and relaxed manner. From not liking driving to passing first time, we have been on a great journey and I can't even express how pleased I am to have met her. She focuses on the person and delivers brilliant lessons on all parts of driving, always being encouraging and honest which was incredibly helpful whenever I was stressed. Fantastic experience: You will never be uncomfortable within the lessons as she is very easy to talk to and knows what she has to do to get you passed without coming across bossy at all. She is the sole reason I passed and I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I honestly couldn't recommend Karen enough. She is one of a kind. I thought I would never drive due to previous car acciendents when I was younger and high anxiety but some how she gave me the courage to do it. She is extremely patient, kind and very very funny. I definitely cried on her a few times when i was nervous, put the world to rights with her conversations driving around and her teaching style is amazing. If anyone has any doubts,driving nerves or wants a nice, understanding instructor with an amazing pass rate - use Karen!

Fantastic experience: Karen's style of driver training is highly effective and calming. Her very friendly and positive outlook calms the nerves of a learner driver on its own. I am very grateful to have learnt driving from Karen, to say in her words is a task focusing on safety, control and rules. The lessons were not focused only on passing the driving test but to shape up my driving style as a respectable driver on the road. Every experience on road was reflected upon, which is highly beneficial in developing independent driving skills. Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Karen highly enough! Her style of teaching is what sets her apart, not only is she warm and compassionate but she never berates, and turns everything into a learning opportunity - which can only ever be of benefit to the driver! I'm writing this after passing my test a hour ago, first time! I wasn't nervous, had no worries and went into the test knowing it would be ok as Karen's calming words echoed in my head... "don't worry about everyone else, you just concentrate on being safe". Karen I honestly can't thank you enough, not just for getting me through my test and shaping my driving habits to make me a safe, considerate driver, but for just being you! Fantastic experience: I’m am so grateful that I had Karen as my driving instructor, not only did I pass first time, but she taught me valuable lessons that have prepared me for driving in the future. Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Clover Driving School enough. Karen is the most patient and supportive mentor you could ask for as you learn to drive. I struggle with anxiety and she made every single lesson enjoyable and positive. She is accommodating, flexible, and understanding. I have recommended Karen to a family member who is also thoroughly enjoying and succeeding with his lessons. Whilst it's safe to say that driving was not something that came naturally to me (given my general clumsiness) Karen ensured that I gained knowledge, skills and confidence in every aspect and I even passed my test first time. If you want a positive experience learning to drive go with Clover. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: After putting off learning to drive for years, it’s say to say I wasn’t a confident driver at all. Karen has been the most fantastic coach and support system whilst learning to drive. She has made the process enjoyable and has supported me over the last few months to the point where I have passed my test.
