Fantastic experience: I am so glad that I chose Pass Faster to complete my intensive driving course. After having many lessons in the past I felt ready to learn to drive again at 34 and wanted to complete my course over two weeks. I had specific dates and times and Sonia, Lin and Natalie were brilliant and so helpful. Their customer service was excellent and they found me an amazing instructor who was available for the dates I needed. They also found me a test date. I felt no stress because everything was organised for me. 
I cannot recommend my instructor Darren enough. He is based in Liverpool and was so patient, kind and immediately put me at ease. I struggle with confidence driving and he really made me feel that I could do it. I’m pleased to say I passed in April and am now a driver!

Negative experience: Allocated me with very unprofessional instructor who never intended doing intensive course hours, neither he wanted to cover my area. Then got told they haven’t got instructors for a month as the first instructor vanished for holiday without communicating anything. They forgot about rebooking my practical- despite my daily reminders and requests, dragged it all in time, poor communication and lack of respect towards learners. 2,5 months don’t sound like an intensive course I paid for and got promised. Lots to improve, prices they charge are obscene with this quality of service. Took things in my own hands and found independent instructor for my second practical, otherwise they would waste another weeks of my time. Disappointed.

Fantastic experience: great experience

Negative experience: I do not recommend this service at all and especially not if you have any kind of time constraints on your test. I booked a fast track test and short driving course so that their instructor would take me to the test in mid May and did not receive a test until late July despite guarantees on the website that they are able to find a test at any centre within 4 weeks. I told several employees that I needed my test before July 1st which would have allowed them 6 weeks to find a test (2 more weeks than their guarantee promised). All the employees I spoke with promised that this would be absolutely no problem to find a test in that timeframe. There was absolutely no communication throughout the process and I had to continually call in on a weekly basis to find out what was happening with my test. Several times I was told that someone would call me back shortly only to have to chase them up before they closed for the day. One of the times I called in mid June I was told that no one had picked up my case yet so they weren't even looking for a test. Only when it became mid July and I really complained about the service did a test magically appear for the next week the same day I called. They claim that tests had come up prior but the instructor they assigned to me was not available but I feel that they left my case to the last minute. I was then told that I needed to pay the instructor for the test in addition to the course booked after they had found this test. I was then told that the additional money on top of the test fee and finder's fee was a £43 admin charge. This was not clearly marked on the website at time of payment. Neither passfaster nor their instructor advised me that I should have saved any of the hours booked and the driving instructor had me set up lessons so that all of the hours were used up save one hour (which was only saved as passfaster hadn't found me a test yet). I was told by one employee that it was "clearly stated on the website" that you needed to use the hours for the test but then when I asked a different employee for a link to where this is stated I was told that they didn't need to clearly state this anywhere. The wording of the website implies that the test day is included in the course price. Every employee I spoke to about my frustrations said something different. No compensation was offered and I was told they would only refund the test fee. In short, they wasted 9 weeks of my time plus over £100 of my money and I would have been better off booking my own test. The guarantees stated on the website are meaningless.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with pass faster , the team were helpful and friendly, I got a great instructor, and passed my test within weeks. I would definitely recommend pass faster for anyone looking for intensive lessons.

Excellent communication and before I'd even booked they already had an instructor in mind for me and gave good instructions for the process once I'd paid and decided on my dates. They sorted my theory super quickly and when it took a while to get a practical test they kept me in the loop. My instructor was Michael Kemp, he was excellent, very understanding and experienced and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend both Michael and Pass Faster, they made the whole process so easy.

Fantastic experience: What can I say really ? I booked a 10 hour course on the 12th of April In hoping to get a test as quick as I could , I learn the hard way a lot of the time and considering my theory test ran out on the 10th of may I was really pushing my luck in being able to get a test , be test ready and pass it. Within 24 hours I was allocated a driver and it was within my local area too which was fantastic as I didn’t even need to travel anywhere , working as a engineer on the rail industry time can be tight and I don’t have much free time due to shift patterns but this was made so easy to be able to achieve get my hours of driving in and be test ready. My instructor was Wayne Gibson and he’s absolutely fantastic , great sense of humour and knows every single trick within his trade to ensure you get as good as any chance passing your test, his experience is priceless and can only be achieved by someone who takes pride within their job. I had Wayne for 10 hours having previously only driven here and there and hadn’t been behind the wheel of a car in 2 years. Sunday the 21st was my test date so within the week I had three 3 hour sessions , monday, Wednesday , Thursday and with a hour before my test on the Sunday , all booked again in my local area. Needless to say I passed first time with only 3 minors. There’s not thankyou’s I could give to the passfaster team , Sonia ,Zoe , lin&natalie. You guys are amazing and have changed mine and my daughter’s life forever. Also a big thankyou to Wayne Gibson couldn’t have done it without you. So if your looking to get the huge hurdle of getting your driving liecence please look no further I promise these guys are the best around. Period.

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking. Paid all that money for them to find instructors that can't understand or talk English. I found my own instructor, the only helpful thing they did was book my test which isn't rocket science. Save your money and find your own instructor. I wouldn't even give it a one star

Completed the hours with expert advice from Aamir.. had to wait around 2/3 weeks for a test which is amazing considering the 5/6 month waitlist usually! Positive experience: Everyone at pass faster was very helpful sometimes took abit of time to receive a reply but overall was worth it! I’ve had a tricky experience with driving for example multiple tests being cancelled by the dvsa but pass faster have come in every time and found me a faster test
