Fantastic experience: Mal is a top bloke , been looking for a instructor for my partner she was very nervous but she came back so happy and relieved she couldn’t wait to tell me so can’t thank him enough for making her feel comfortable and at ease just want you want when looking for a driving instructor he came from a recommendation from one of his family members spot on lads .

Negative experience: Dave Gwilliams was really rude during our lessons shouting and moaning all the time when I would make a mistake or anything, he refused to teach me saying that I am "wasting his time" that he is getting paid for it.

Fantastic experience: Honestly my instructor, Jon was a genuinely friendly guy who was extremely calm, helpful and passionate about driving and teaching me, he made sure that my level of driving was exceptional every lesson and never stopped giving advice, thanks a lot!

Fantastic experience: Paul Payne is an amazing instructor. He is very patient, observant and calm. I was very panicky when I started my driving lessons with Paul but he helped me to be a more confident driver. I can’t thank him enough. I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Robert Goodwin's friendly, laid back and honest approach meant that I was able to get the nerves out of the way and a lot out of our lessons. His use of visual aids helped me a lot with roundabouts. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Cleared the practical in the first attempt, all thanks to Paul Payne and his calm demeanor as an Instructor. His assessment on Day 1 as to how many classes I might need was spot on (including the test)! He struck a fine balance between being an Instructor and an acquaintance with his friendly approach. Has certainly been a 'PayneLess' learning/unlearning experience! P.S: he has an uncanny knack of getting into your head and predict exactly what you're thinking of doing/not doing while driving :)

I passed on Friday.I also want to recommend and give a big shout out to Mark West, my instructor for his patience and encouragement right from the beginning. He turned what can be a nerve racking experience into one I looked forward to and enjoyed every week. While I am pleased I passed I will miss the conversations about Star Trek and the frequently bizarre twists and avenues they led to.... Thank you Mark and Pass Master Mal!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had the privilege of Rob Kenny's instruction and he did an amazing job of identifying the issues with my driving and set to improve them quickly. He gave me practical advice on the dredded reverse and parallel park which I could actually use. He's a calm guy and swiftly put me at ease in the car just don't let him rap! Fantastic driving instructor. I initially doubted my ability but he was completely supportive. I passed first time and I owe him a great deal for his patience. Thanks Rob

Fantastic experience: Passmaster Mal - Tristain Andrews I have had around 35 hours with Tristain, and there was not a moment where I felt uncomfortable controlling the car. Having recently passed my test, my driving ability was clearly reflected by Tristain's patient, dedicated and professional attitude towards my success. He didn't doubt or judge my bad habits or silly mistakes, which I soon left behind. Tristain also gave up his own time to help with my theory revision, show me tell me questions and any other queries or worries I had. I can confidently say it was a pleasure to learn with Tristain, who taught me at a pace I was comfortable with and reassured me from lesson one to test day that I was capable of achieving my license. If you are looking for an overall genuine instructor, and someone you can enjoy your lessons with, I would definitely go with Tristain. I was recommended Tristain, and it's clear to see why.

Fantastic experience: by far the best instructor in ipswich !! paitence, flexible, well educated and have the ability to taylor your lessons to suite your comfort zone, couldnt recomend a betyer instructor in ipswich !!!

Fantastic experience: I would recommend Passmastermal to anyone who wants to pass their driving lesson. I was very nervous to start but I was suprised how at ease I was once I started learning. I passed with Mal himself and he was very encouraging and always made me laugh. I looked forward to my lessons every week as he always made it fun and helped me out in the areas I wasn’t so confident in (parallel parking)

Fantastic experience: Mal is such an amazing driving instructor and took me from a nervous wreck with a lot to work on to a confident and calm driver in just over a month! He’s so responsive to your driving and learning styles and so much fun to have lessons with- Mal is the man!

Fantastic experience: A lot has been learnt when driving with Mal, from learning what the bite point was in lesson 1 to being able to pass my test and drive! I’d like to thank Mal for his consistency and flexibility when it came to booking lessons and his calmness, reactions and wise words when things didn’t always quite go to plan! If you need an excellent driving instructor with a top notch car to drive, Mal is your man! His expertise will get you passing your test and on the road in no time!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been a student of Laurie and he has been very polite, professional & courteous. Nothing has been too much trouble and my daughter has said that Laurie's manner with her has always been first class. My daughter passed her test - first time - today!!! Very highly recommended driving school and instructor.

Fantastic experience: i had no confidence what so ever when it came to learning to drive in fact i put it off until i was 28! and even then it was my other half who pushed me into it! but sooooo glad he did and Mal was great he made me feel at ease and explained everything so well and he got my confidence up and had me driving in no time. the best thing i ever done with the help of Mal, definitely a top instructor would highly recommend him .

Fantastic experience: I really had no confidence when my collective family decided it was time for me to learn how to drive, I was convinced that I'd never manage to pass and only really went for my first lesson to show them all that I couldn't do it. But Mal was very patient, he described everything in depth and let me take my time and do things at my pace, He really made me feel at ease. Long story short, I passed my test first time after only 3 months (about 20 hours total driving) and it has changed my life, I've been driving just over a year now and have driven across the country numerous times. I never thought I'd have the freedom I have now, so thanks Passmaster Mal, If I can do it, anyone can do it!
