Fantastic experience: Maz is a very efficient and patient driving instructor. Every time I would make a mistake he would always be sure to point it out and correct me, and give the right guidance without getting frustrated. He was great at analysing my driving and spotted all the weaknesses in my driving. He was very helpful and effective in getting me to get over those weaknesses. During my lessons with Maz, he was friendly and motivating and thanks to him I passed my test within good time.

Fantastic experience: Today I passed my test at Pinner centre on 1st attempt, thanks to my strong driving foundation created by Maz. From day 1, he would provide me constructive feedback and never tried to discourage if I got something wrong. He has large book of all possible driving scenarious and road layouts which he would scribble through with his marker to help you understand better. Fantastic experience: I found HMS Driving School on this Google review and now I am able to review it myself. Maz has guided me to pass my practical test the first time. He has been flexible with lesson time which I appreciated. I was instructed by another person from Midrive before and I can say Maz has been way more professional, reassuring and relaxed. On top of that, the cheaper lesson price was a bonus. This is size-wise a relatively small business and perhaps because of that, there is more attention and no arrogance towards its clients unlike some of its competitors. I thank Maz and fellow reviewers for my newly acquired safe driving skills.

Fantastic experience: Maz is the best trainer. I was a super nercous person holding myself back for many years from driving. Maz understood my position and tailored the sessions accordingly. Slowly i started to build my confidence and was able to drive well and passed my test. He is a man of wisdom and patience with a dash of good sense of humour.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend HMS driving school to all new potential learners. I can assure you that with an instructor like Maz anybody can pass driving test. He has got the experience and the expertise and a very patient person. No matter what, he is always there to keep the learner motivated. I am a mom of 2 and it was very difficult for me to find out time for lessons, but Maz understood that and tried to fit in the hours at both of our convenience. I have to point this out that Maz is my 2nd instructor and with the first one I had kind of given up on learning to drive. But one day as I was scrolling through driving school and reading its reviews I came across HMS school and thought to give it a last try, I am so glad I did. I have learned automatic with HMS and it was not cheap as the industry standard price is set anyways. But I have to admit that you get your money worth when your instructor works hard equally to improve your skills. It has been a 2 way process as Maz always gives logic and expects you to find out the solution without blindly lecturing on how to. I am so glad that I have pass my test with only 2 minors. Also, it is not so bad to take your instructor for the test. I did request Maz to accompany for the test and I am glad it worked out all fine. Thank you once again Maz! Regards Pradipta

Fantastic experience: Maz was my instructor, and he was brilliant in explaining where I was going wrong and how I can improve. The great thing about Maz is that he expects you to pay attention and answer questions about steering, etc. logically rather than giving you the answer. In this manner, you learn more and actually understand driving rather than follow what your instructor says blindly. I passed my driving test first time with Maz, and only got 2 minors! Fantastic experience: 07.06.2017- Oh my God... I am over the moon. I have passed my practical test today at my very first attempt with just one minor. At the end of my test, this was the comment from my examiner to my instructor (Maz) - "You just missed a clear sheet mate that was a neat and steady driving". I was completely new to driving I've never driven before and was totally new to the roads. I was very nervous even to the thought of learning to drive but it was my husband's push to make this scary decision. I was looking for big brands like RED etc Maz was actually my husband's best ever find for me. He chose Maz based on the reviews on HMS website. I told him that I would only try and if I didn't like I would not carry on further and that was agreed. I was so reluctant especially because it was a male instructor too. Everything turned out to be so positive for me after meeting Maz for the first time. He is such a friendly and decent person who makes you feel at ease when it comes to learning to drive. Right from the beginning through to the end (today :( ) I enjoyed working with a man of wisdom, experience and expertise. I have now passed my test ( literally today) and the entire credit goes to Maz. I can talk about his expertise for ever but to mention something that every learner wants to know - he just teaches you what is exactly expected off you on the day of the test. One example - This morning On our way to the test center Maz took me on some roads and important points in the test route that learners are prone to make mistakes and taught me how to tackle them (It was a recap actually. We've been there before!). Thanks a million just for that. I was taken exactly on those roads. The final tips and last minute recap/reminders gave me enormous confidence in tackling them. Another point to mention, unlike many self employed instructors, Maz is not after money. He just encourages you and motivates you to bring the best driver out of you in no time. He was so flexible in booking the lessons too (quite intensive actually) and worked around my availability. I would say that the person who took the time to read this review is very lucky to have read it as I hope this would help you in choosing the best instructor. Another tip for learners - if you are thinking of learning to drive book your lessons quite close to each other just like me for e.g. 2 to 3 hrs a day for 5 days a week in order to learn quickly given the expertise of Maz. I started my learning on the 26th of April in the schedule explained above and have passed my test. This would give you a rough idea if you are entirely new just like I was. Fantastic experience: Maz has been absolutely fantastic in supporting me in the lessons. From zero experience in driving he has helped me develop my skills the RIGHT way. He is also very lovely so if you want an experienced driving instructor with empathy then HMS is the best driving school for you. Thanks Maz for everything. Fantastic experience: I've just passed my driving test at Pinner test center from 2nd attempt. Driving instructor is Maz from HMS driving school. He is perfect. Always on time, well organised and calm. He explains very clearly, he has a lot info in his car and shows you on pictures and Ipad what would happen on the road. He knows all testing roots. His new Toyota car makes lessons enjoyable and easy to drive. He is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I would recommend Maz everybody who is looking for good instructor. Prices are very democratic.

Fantastic experience: I passed my practical driving test on the first attempt thanks to HMS Driving School. My driving instructor was Maz, and he played a huge role in getting me ready for the test. I practised for four weeks; and with each lesson i saw improvement in my driving, his instructions were precise and the tips and techniques used to get me ready for the test was excellent !!!. Positive experience: HMS was amazing ! Passed my practical today after only 10 hours of lessons with Mazar. I had driven before with my father and failed an exam so I was in two minds with my driving experience. But HMS pulled me through it and here I am waiting for my driving license to come through the post !
