Fantastic experience: Roger was polite, professional, calm and reassuring. He made sure I understood the rules of the road, how to handle different scenarios on the test/on the road and also made sure that I was confident enough to not only pass my test, but to also drive independently going forward. During the lessons he was thorough, patient, and clear. He broke down each manoeuvre into simple steps and we practiced these until we were both confident I'd successfully complete them. Fantastic experience: Just passed first time today, Roger is a brilliant instructor. I started driving as a beginner. He was so patient with me. He has lots of experience as well and makes you feel confident and comfortable no matter what level you are at driving.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Roger, both my son (3 years ago) and daughter (recently) passed their driving tests first time. He was very reliable (always arriving on time) and flexible with his schedule to fit in lessons. Most of all he was very patient and calm! Both are now confident, competent drivers.

Negative experience: Booked a block of ten lessons with 'Roger' - never again! Would cancel lessons an hour before the lessons were due when it suited him and just a very condescending attitude with my 17 year old daughter. A money grabber not interested in customer service.
