Fantastic experience: When I first starting lessons with Mike I was a VERY anxious, mature (read old!) learner who had absolutely zero experience with driving. Mike taught me in such a calm and reassuring manner. He explained everything so well and used so many techniques to ensure that I understood what I was doing and why. He takes time to explain everything, keeping really good records of every single lesson. On my test day I was so nervous, and he understood that and took time to reassure and calm me. I definitely wasn’t the easiest person to teach but here I am, having passed my test confidently! Thanks Mike, I am happy to recommend you to others.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t find a better instructor than Mike. From the first lesson he made me feel comfortable and confident in me so all my anxiety just went away and no matter how many mistakes I made (and hard day I had ) he was extremely calm and had the patience to explain me again and again what I have to do to improve my driving. So yes I would highly recommend him . Once again thank you for your support!

Fantastic experience: I really got on with Mikes teaching style and wish I was more local to have regular lessons. Mike is very thorough in reminding you what to do in the lesson so you don’t get into bad habits, explains the reasoning behind what you’re doing, and is always very encouraging.

Fantastic experience: Lessons are very useful. Detailed records are kept so you can just pick up where you left off. Mike was very patient with me and went over things quite a few times. I didn’t feel like I was being told off. Overall, he is a very good driving instructor and would recommend.

Negative experience: My friends child found quite a few lessons anxiety-inducing with this instructor. Despite teaching quality and methods seeming good, the delivery and atmosphere could be improved on.

He would do the best for me. I could not find anyone else who is better than him in the area. He made me to drive confidently and independently that what I feel now. Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test at the Bletchley Driving Test Centre this morning! I passed my test first time - huge relief! I now have a UK driving licence. I needed to urgently take my UK driving test as I had been driving in Milton Keynes on my foreign licence, and it was at the end of the grace period. Mike was very accommodating and squeezed me into his schedule and advised how I could arrange the practical test at the earliest opportunity. Mike is a very patient and practical driving instructor, he gave me a thorough review and frank assessment of my driving ability, fixed my bad habits, and provided an intense training on not only the knowledge, skills and habits needed to pass my test, but also how to be a safer and more competent driver. Mike is excellent at explaining the logic behind the driving rules and regulations which means you understand (and remember!) them much better than just relying on memorising theoretical rules. Mike - thank you for helping me to quickly get back on the road! I highly recommend Mike as an experienced and honest instructor who will help you pass your driving test!

Fantastic experience: It was only because of Mike that I was able to pass my test, it was a near to impossible task for me to learn to drive a car, but just because of Mike's patience and hard work(more his than mine) that I finally passed the exam. I can bet that I would have been his toughest student by far, with tendency to forget basic things all the time, not turning up for lessons on time, but he still managed to make a driver out of me Thank you so very much Mike for being my instructor, cant thank him enough for what he has done. Very patient and calm which made me less nervous each time i went on the roads with him. He is honest about whether you will be ready for the test or not and letting you know which areas you need to focus on to become a better driver. Fantastic experience: It was a long slog, as I was not the quickest of learners. However, Mike was brilliant at teaching me the basics, as well as teaching me how to be a safe driver. With all of the roundabouts and the difficult streets that you have to navigate in Milton Keynes, Mike is the ideal person to make sure that you can learn the correct way, so that you can drive safely in the future beyond just the test. He is very knowledgeable, and will iron out any wrinkles that you may have so that you are both test, and road, ready. Hard to find experienced and competent instructors like this.

Fantastic experience: I have to say that Mike is by far the best Driving instructor ever! i had lessons with him a few years ago and had to stop due to funds, but a few years later i messaged him and got back into my lessons without a problem and it was like i never left, If you want to learn to drive mike is 100% the best person to learn with. You will learn how to drive but you can also have a good laugh while doing it. just to show how good he is, i had roughly 16-18 hours of lessons and i passed my test with NO MINORS! I couldn't of done it without mike and i recommend him to anyone and everyone i meet. Top Instructor and Top Bloke. Choose mike everyone.

Fantastic experience: Having put off learning to drive for so long, going through several instructors in the process, I'm really glad to have been taught by Mike. I have just passed first time and have to say that Mike's tutelage has been the key. Fantastic experience: Mike has been very supportive while I have been learning to drive. A week before my test he has offered to do extra lessons on weekend (days he is generally off) and free lessons before my test. He is a great instructor, he will find your weakness in driving and help improve them and is very organised.

Fantastic experience: Mike is a fantastic driving instructor. He is very well organised and patient. He always takes notes of your weaknesses and strengths. This means you will always learn new things in each driving session. Mike has a lot of experiences and he knows all the test routes. If you practice with him you would remove any surprise elements from your driving test. He teaches very useful strategies for manoeuvres which I found them very helpful. Most importantly he has a very pleasant attitude. I highly recommend Mike if you are looking for an excellent instructor and also value for your money.
