Negative experience: What a terrible experience! I made the mistake of changing gear on a mini roundabout. I did not know otherwise and acknowledged my mistake and appreciation for the instructor teaching me not to. But, still, he made me pull over and absolutely berated me for 5 minutes. It became an interrogation and he kept asking me "but why did you think it's OK to do this?" I felt very anxious at this point. Five minutes later, same thing, but this time because I commented on how warm and sunny it was. He made me pull over and berated me for thinking I can drive when it's warm and sunny. What on Earth? I reluctantly agreed to a second lesson because, honestly, I appreciated that he was strict and I wanted someone to teach me correctly. But he cancelled. I don't know what happened there, but the whole ordeal made me extremely uncomfortable.

Fantastic experience: Magan is a great instructor, I am a uni student so I had a very tight schedule. He gave me lessons in the evenings even though he didn’t normally do this. I am very grateful, because of him I passed today!

Fantastic experience: Magan is an absolutely amazing driving instructor and a very nice man. My girlfriend was pregnant and the only driver in our family so I needed to get my driving licence fast. I found Magan ( Aim driving school) on a Google search. He was very helpful and straight away booked me in for lessons even though he very was busy. Magan went out of his way to get me a first time pass. We done weekend and evening lessons to help me pass. I highly recommend Magan if you want to pass your test. 5 stars

Fantastic experience: Magan is an excellent driving instructor. He is friendly and establishes a relaxed environment to learn, and is also focused on helping the student pass the test. He calmly explains any mistakes and from his many years of experience to draw upon, advises on trusted methods to improve. In my case, he would tailor lessons to areas that required more attention, later instructing me on videos I should watch at home. This gave me the confidence I needed to pass my test, for which prior to this he would provide lessons outside his normal hours to prepare me fully and get familiar with the area around the test centre. Magan really cares about his students, and I think learners really benefit from such a calm presence next to them.

Fantastic experience: Magan is an amazing person and instructor, my previous instructor told me two days before my test that she will not provide me with her car knowing I had no other option. I searched, calling up any instructor I could find who would help me out in such short notice and Magan provided me with a lesson the day before and took me to my test. He cancelled lessons just to help me and I am so grateful for his assistance. He taught me more than what my instructor had taught me in 26 hours of lessons in a 2 hour lesson. Magan is really great and I would recommend him to anyone learning to drive.

Magan took me in last minute when other big companies and driving schools wouldn’t due to policies. Fantastic experience: Could not recommend Magan enough! He stepped in a week before my test date after I had been let down last minute by a different driving school. He went above and beyond to make the time for me to have refresher lessons in the evenings and on the weekend! Magan Singh gave me very professional lessons to qualify my driving test at the Isleworth test centre. I had to book my test in a short notice with him because of the Covid 19 and my theory was about to expire. He even sacrificed some of his social hours and given me couple of classes after 20.00PM. Really appreciate his patience and professionalism. Thank you so much Magan ji, I would 100% recommend him

Negative experience: READ IF YOU ARE A WOMAN I took in total 58 hrs of driving lessons with Magan before passing the exam for the first time. As a plus is that Magan didn't shout at me when I was making mistakes. However, I cannot recommend him, especially if you are a woman. Initially he was OK, but started acting weird as the lessons progressed. He didn't respect appropriate boundaries, telling me about his female students that would invite him over to his place "to kiss and hug", paying for holidays for him to spend time with him, etc. I don't know why he found it relevant to driving. As a cherry on top, he was requesting not to share any of this "friendly conversations" to my husband - hmm... wonder why. One more thing, when the exam was approaching he was telling me more and more about how his other learners would tip 100s of GBP or in case of girls, hug and kiss him if they passed. You would think he was hinting on something. He already charged me 100 GBP extra on my exam day, claiming the extra insurance - totally bogus, no such thing- but I guess wasn't enough for him. Also other things like increasing the price for lessons from £25 to £28 when it was difficult to change instructors due to backlog after lockdown, checking the phone while I was driving in traffic, etc. Overall, do not recommend. Driving is stressful enough to have your guard up all the time. Better altogether to avoid the trouble and pick someone professional.
