Fantastic experience: Hi Gavin, I’d just like to post a review on my driving lessons with you which ultimately lead to me passing my driving test. You made my lessons very worth while and was always helping me to improve in areas where I wasn’t so great. I like how you were always telling me in each lesson leading up to my test “just be safe, as long as your safe, you’ll be fine”. Also, you were always giving me the confidence to believe in myself. Yeah, I made mistakes but you helped me to rectify them along the way. I really appreciated the amount of detail you showed for example, you always showed me the Highway Code when needed as well as a list of show me/tell me questions so I had something visual to look at. Another thing was that you didn’t get frustrated with me when we repeatedly went through the show me/tell me questions. Once again, thank you for all the help you gave me and I would definitely recommend you to anyone who was looking to pass their driving test. Also to pass with only 2 minors was great.

Fantastic experience: I came to Gav after I was let down by my last instructor. I did an intense course, so I only needed help crossing the finishing line as I was already experienced. However, Gav got me there, I passed with flying colours after about 5 lessons with him. He really helped with my confidence. He’s a really sweet and kind guy, great people skills, made me feel very comfortable and help me get my PASS! couldn’t recommend him enough.

Fantastic experience: Gavin is punctual. Not once was he unduly late for lessons. When running late, he notifies. He allows you the initiative. I was nervous as a first time driver but he helped me overcome the fear. He sure knows how to instil and boost confidence. He is flexible and worked with schedule. We found a synergy over time. I realised how best I learn and worked with it. Overall, a good instructor!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Gav enough! My mental health was affecting me learning to drive, Gav was the 3rd instructor I had and he was amazing. He respected, understood and learnt how to keep me calm. I really enjoyed my lessons with Gav, I was gutted when I passed first time because then we wouldn’t be having a laugh anymore! He explains things in an easy to understand yet none patronising way. He tailors his teaching methods to you personally so it makes things 100% easier! You don’t even feel like you’re being taught. He’s professional in a friendly way, doesn’t matter whether you have a sense of humour or not, if you can’t get on with Gav, you need a brain transplant! 10/10, 5 stars, gold star sticker for you Gav!

Fantastic experience: I was taught by Gavin as a mature learner and found him to be very patient, professional and with excellent communication skills and gave constructive feedback at every opportunity. Nothing was too much trouble in adapting lessons around my work commitments, but would advise to book your next lessons in advance to make sure he is available, you won't be dissappointed in your experience he takes your abilities and skills to your limit to optimise results.

Fantastic experience: Gav is a brilliant instructor. He is extremely patient and gives plenty of compliments which helps boost confidence. When it feels like the lesson is getting easier he sets new challenges making it a little harder thus keeping the brain working so can continue growing into a more experienced and safer driver.
