Fantastic experience: Having used another fitter in Leeds and having used universal dual controls I was not satisfied. I contacted Matt via text and he got straight back to me with options. Less than 24 hrs later I’m back on the road with my universals removed and HE Man ones all installed and working perfectly. Fantastic experience: I’ve been dealing with Matt for a number of years now and you just can’t fault his expertise. Thoroughly reliable, professional and he will go the extra mile to get the job done. I had used other fitters before I came across Matt but found myself working around their schedule; very much the opposite with Matt. I know he’s very busy but found myself in a predicament this time needing a set of duals coming off and two days later a set fitting to a new car. I didn’t think this would be possible but Matt and Haley truly pulled it out the bag and I was back in business as soon as Matt had installed the duals. Fantastic experience: Hi, MD Dual Controls were exceptional especially Hayley who every time I called for enquiries regarding different duals for different vehicles she was very patient and always tried her best to deal with any queries, furthermore after finally settling on the vehicle and confirming that they had my duals in stock we arranged a date to have them fitted ,I paid via credit card full amount upfront which the price was very competitive and the fitting was arranged for Monday 30 september for around 2pm and as I didn't put the appointment I'm my calender I want sure what time they were due to arrive so another call and Hayley live tracked her fitter and I was advised he was in Coventry and would be with me in WALSALL around 2pm, at 13:15pm Lee rang me to let me know he was en route and be here for 2pm and was exactly on time. Lee was a very pleasant fitter and did a good job so now I'm ready to hit the road next week .. So big thanks to the team

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic customer service, I drove to Sheffield to have my dual controls fitted. I had a pair of reconditioned dual controls which looked brand new, it took Matt approximately 45 minutes to fit. The work carried out was very clean and tidy which was done above the mat line, so there was no need to cut the mat. The price was a few £100's cheaper than anywhere in Birmingham and surrounding areas. Before leaving Matt assured me there was a life time guarantee on the work and pedals. Fantastic experience: We came all the way from Birmingham to get some work carried after being recommended by someone as nobody nearby had the expertise or the parts available for my dual controlled BMW 1 Series.
