Fantastic experience: Passed today first time thanks to my amazing instructor Andy! I started my lessons really anxious which Andy was really understanding. The patience and support he showed throughout my lessons helped build confidence and really reduced anxiety. Having a laugh whilst being able to learn really set my nerves at ease! His explanations of each steps were made super clear and having everything written down for the next lesson made it super easy to understand where you left off. Fantastic experience: If I could give this Motor school more stars I really would. I started off as a nervous driver really not believing I could ever actually pass and drive with out the dreaded L plates on but hear I am. I was fortunate to have Lee as my instructor although I know all his drivers are tip top! I passed my test on Thursday with only 4 minors after learning to drive with Lee he kept me cam, did things at my paice and truly believed in me causing me to belive in my self. You couldn't find a better driving school to work with I am infact going back to have a motorway lesson with Lee next week that's how safe and confident I feel working with them. If any one is looking for the best these guys are it. I cannot thank you enough for every thing I'm over the moon with my results! KELVIN WHITE DRIVING SCHOOL FOR THE WIN!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant driving school! My instructor, Kelvin, was very friendly and supportive. He explains everything very clearly and didn’t make me feel at all intimidated like some instructors do. His car was also very easy to learn in. Fantastic experience: I started driving lessons with another instructor which just wasn’t working, as I had no confidence and felt very anxious about all aspects of driving. When I booked lessons with Kelvin White Driving School, I was very nervous but as soon as I met my instructor, Andrew Villis, he made me feel at ease and was always reassuring. Andrew never put me down and was always very encouraging. My lessons were structured and recorded on paper which really helped with knowing what to expect the next week. Andrew always took the lessons step by step and would go over things again if I didn’t understand or get it quite right. I would recommend everyone to Kelvin White Driving School and especially Andrew Villis, as I passed first time with no faults! Thankyou!

Fantastic experience: They have the best instructors. I have learnt to drive a manual car, and my instructor's name is Justin Wilson. He is very patient, encouraging, calm, and clear in his explanations. I have recommended him to my dad too when he needed a refresher course, and I got glowing reviews about him from my dad. If you are a person who makes a lot of mistakes while nervous or repeats a mistake even after being told what to do or is generally someone who is a bit scared to drive(I was this person when I started to learn to drive) then Justin is the instructor for you. I have observed that some instructors get irritated or a bit snippy if you make the same mistake the 10th time after being told what to do. Justin doesn't do that. He has the patience of a saint. He tells you every single time what to do (even if he already told you the same thing multiple times). He also makes sure to check if it is something he didn't explain clearly or if you are nervous or why you are making those mistakes. He took me from a person who is scared to drive and looked like I hated it to a confident driver!!! I can not thank him enough. Thank you so much, Justin!!

Fantastic experience: I went automatic when I struggled with grasping manual transmission. Claire was fantastic, helped talk through my nerves with my driving test, and the result is that I passed! I was so excited that I had passed. Thank you Claire, you were brilliant!

Fantastic experience: Phill Murtagh at Kelvin White Driving School is an amazing advanced driving instructor (ADI) who showed me how to drive properly and safely setting me up perfectly for my driving test which i passed first time. Furthermore he is an amazing person, able to take a joke, who makes you feel welcomed and comfortable within his car. I believe i couldn’t have had a better driving instructor.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with kelvin white, my driving instructor (Phil) put me at ease from day 1 after having a poor experience with another driving school. My instructor made it clear where I was going wrong but was always patient with me and praised me when I did well. He always made me feel relaxed and calm in every situation we came across on the road. Because of this I passed my test first time and would recommend them highly to anyone.

Fantastic experience: The most important thing I wanted was a female driving instructor because I was very nervous and anxious as I had already failed twice with another instructor. My instructor was Caroline and she was amazing with explaining things and if I didn’t understand she helped find a better way to do it that suited me or she explained it a different way so that I could understand better. I would 110% recommend Kelvin White’s I don’t have one bad word about them!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic driving school! Good availability of instructors: I sent an email on a Sunday, received a reply the next day, had my first lesson on Tuesday. I had taken a few lessons from a different school, but needed to take a break and the waiting time to restart my lessons was over a month. John Robathan is an amazing instructor. I had driven before outside of the UK, but my licence was not valid here, I was feeling anxious about driving on the left and nervous about the number of roundabouts! John made me gain confidence from the first lesson. I enjoyed having thorough explanations of what the test would entail and enjoyed completing test routes as well. I started my lessons on the 11th of February and took my test on the 3rd of March. Very pleased with results and will definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I received my pass certificate thanks to Kelvin White's Driving school, the service was great with support for passing your theory provided with full access to theory test pro. The instructor I had was great and I was able to see the training they receive as well which is top notch! I'd heard horror stories from others learning to drive but haven't heard anything bad about these guys - and if there's a complaint they'll follow it up and deal with it which gives you piece of mind (not that I had any!). Would completely recommend if you're looking to learn to drive and want to make sure you have a great service with no dodgy dealings! They'll build up your skills at the right pace for you and take what you want on board too Thanks so much and cheers Dave for getting me through!

Fantastic experience: I chose Kelvin White Driving School because of the numerous amounts of amazing reviews. I wanted to learn quickly and have an organised way of learning and targets to achieve whilst driving. Kelvin White is very professional and was worth travelling to Taunton for lessons. They know exactly where to start you and work with you to help you grow. I had the instructor Tracy Beviss who was wonderful and very bubbly! She’s calm and caring and made you feel comfortable and safe. She improved my confidence so much and always made sure I understood why we did certain actions when driving or If I made a mistake why it was wrong. I couldn’t recommend her and her methods enough! Without you I wouldn’t be going above 40! The lessons are 2 hours long which is a good amount of time to get your practise in and they will work around your hours and will pick you up and drop you off wherever you needed to be. I couldn’t thank my driving instructor Leigh Taylor enough for all the support and encouragement she gave me throughout my experience with kelvin white. I'm so glad I did Mike Jenks my driving instructor has fantastic teaching methods to suit all needs and is such an easy guy to get on with. I thought I would feel really nervous but on getting into the car for the first time Mike eased those nerves straight away. Fantastic support and I actually found learning to drive easier then I thought. Thank you for seeing me though my driving and test which now means living in Bishops Lydeard I don't have to rely on buses and I'll be able to get to my son when he starts secondary school if needed. Fantastic experience: I did automatic driving lessons in Taunton. I heard about kelvin white driving school from internet. Due to the high success rate I decided to learn with them. My instructor Phil was so good and patient with me even though I made a lot of careless mistakes. Phil always gave proper feedback in between the lessons which made me to progress in my driving skills. I passed my driving test on the second time. Fantastic experience: I was a very nervous driver and had experienced a few lessons before with a different company but had given up. I picked up lessons again but with Kelvin White this time after a recommendation from a family member. Steve was my instructor and was really great, he put me at ease and didn't pressure me too much but just encouraged me to keep going at a steady pace, I slowly grew in confidence and managed to get to a point where I was able to take my test, and I passed second time!
