Tbh, what is most important while learning to drive is that you know what you need to work on and your instructor honestly represents your skills and progress. The teaching method cannot be a one size fits all. Liked the fact that after every session, we went through things that were improved and things that still needed work. Fantastic experience: Muhammad’s lessons were direct informative but still very constructive and personal. He wouldn’t fool you and tell you to take a test when he knows you’re not ready, but he’s also not the type of instructor to deceive you by telling you to take more lessons even when you’re somewhat ready. Every lesson I was taught something new, no hour was wasted and that meant that no amount of money spent was in vain. I have been taking lessons on and off for a little over a year and Usman has been an amazing supportive instructor who really caters to your individual needs and personalises lessons depending on your weaknesses. Negative experience: AVOIDDDDD!!! This Man is not capable of being a driving instructor and is really unprofessional. Talking to me like im not his customer and raising his voice to me while teaching! He has a high temper and very rude! Telling me he will not be teaching me anymore as im not ready and i am not listening at all when how could you concentrate and listen to him when he talks to you a very rude way. I get some of us are slow learners but that’s why we pay them for us to learn not to be treated like an i!diot!!! No matter how stupid the customer is or very slow at learnering you should always be professional at your job. He has some anger issues.I Feel so disgusted how he treat me yesterday. Your paying tở someone to treat you in a very impatience and rude way!!! If i can put negative stars i will do it. I put this review as i want you to be aware of based of my experience the other week(1hour lesson only which hể showed me his disgusting attitude ) and yesterday (2hours lessons ). DISAPPOINTED!!!

Fantastic experience: Today I passed my driving test thanks to Usman's excellent tuition. He gave me tons of practical advice and prepared me in an efficient way, taking into account both driving skills and nerves. He was quickly able to pick up on where my weak points were and help me improve on those to be test-ready. Also his car is nice to drive. I could not recommend him enough.
