Fantastic experience: I had been driving for 30 plus years in the States, but UK driving has its particular challenges. Rob was great to show me what was needed to pass my practical, which I did on my first try. Knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and an all around great teacher. I couldn't have asked for better.

Fantastic experience: Amazing driving school, I had Mark and he was absolutely amazing. He kept me calm and comfortable, and always supported me. KSL are simply the best and Mark is an amazing instructor.

Fantastic experience: Met Ysanne by chance outside the bakery in Gnosall last year, asked about lessons for our fast approaching 17 year old Son, Ysanne contacted me 4 weeks before he was 17, advised of booking a theory test, and then lessons, we then went on to book lessons with Ysanne, our favourite pocket rocket instructor, our Son had complete respect for Ysanne, black is black, and guess what,white is.....white Taught our Son complete respect for other road users whilst maintaining a personal side to his learning I've had many conversations about his progress, 100% honest, great fun, and by all accounts, "a wicked teacher" Thanks Ysanne, I'll see you in 6 years when our 2nd born neds your help You know who we are, you're ace xxxx

Fantastic experience: Just passed first time today with only 3 faults thanks to Graham. Really great instructor helped me understand where I needed to improve and where I was doing well very quickly can't recommend him enough.

My instructor Stew has been so great ever since we started lessons together from the beginning he understands people's individual needs towards driving and he is very patient, kind and never let you down! Stress free environment, easy to get on with and really helpful in learning tips and tricks to get everything memorised and practiced thoroughly. Fantastic experience: Recently passed my driving test thanks to Mark Harrison. From the start Mark was always very encouraging and constructive while helping me to learn to drive. Every lesson Mark was happy to help improve my driving while being constructive in helping me improve manoeuvres for next time. Mark was always on time for my lessons and very easy to talk to during the lessons which helps with the awkwardness that can come with meeting someone new. I really can’t recommend mark enough.

Fantastic experience: Dan has been an absolute rock in teaching my husband to drive, after a moving from a city he needed to learn later in life along with the additional challenge of having ADHD. Dan has been adaptable in his methods learning what works for a particular neurodiversity and what doesn't and not making the assumption that everyone with disabilities needs the same thing. He is calm and friendly source of wisdom and good driving practice, and has made learning to drive above all good fun. I couldn't recommend Dan, and KSL in general more. Learning to drive can be a daunting task at any age but they provide excellent teaching, a safe environment and build confidence in their pupils. Any budding driver is in a good pair of safe hands but particularly those with additional needs and challenges in learning to drive. Patience is their virtue and it's a credit to them.

Fantastic experience: My son had another instructor before Ysanne and wasn’t progressing at all, including two failed tests. Ysanne understood where he needed to improve, gave him confidence and identified his weaknesses and focused on those, passed with just 2 minors! Recommend fully.

After a disheartening experience with a "pass me fast" course provider, who failed to secure an instructor for our son Charlie, Stewart was nothing short of a saviour. He stepped in at the very last minute, demonstrating incredible flexibility and commitment by scheduling an intensive series of lessons to ensure Charlie was fully prepared for his driving test in a remarkably short time frame. Stewart's punctuality and communication have been exemplary throughout the entire process. He consistently arrived on time for each lesson and maintained excellent communication, keeping us informed and reassured every step of the way. His teaching method is not only effective but also tailored to meet the individual needs of his students, which greatly benefited Charlie in building his driving confidence and skill. They helped me to pass my driving test with flying colours and were patient when teaching me. I have learnt so much from them and am a confident driver. Fantastic experience: After putting off driving for 10 years, I am so glad I found Karen at KSL! She couldn’t have been more perfect for me. Right amount of patient and challenging me! I have just come back after passing my practical test and I quite literally couldn’t have done it without Karen. It also helps that she’s super lovely and funny! Negative experience: had graham as a instructor was booked in for 3 lessons before christmas break was asking for 245 pound up front with a weeks notice to get it then gave me deadline to pay and before the dead line had the audacity to message me saying should of known you wouldn’t be able to pay which i find very insulting and damn right rude then i asked on facebook for recommendations for other driving instructors without even mentioning his name just the situation and he then proceeded to threaten to tell other instructors to not take me on when i had done nothing that would warrant that kind of action or response very unprofessional also then was telling people to come on my status and recommend him even tho he’s never taught the people he’s telling to comment just very unpleasant experience and very unprofessional i do not recommend him at al

Fantastic experience: Pasted my text last week, most of my lessons were with Karen who gave me lots of confidence and encouragement after a poor experience with a previous instructor. Both Karen and Stewart have been very accommodating and helped schedule my lessons around uni including block booking before my test. I highly recommended and can’t thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: What a absolute pleasure it was to have ksl (stew) come to the rescue after have a bad experience with In to gear and pretty much left me with no idea how to move forward thanks to stew I passed on 28th Feb 23 with 3 minors the hole experience was brilliant thay really won't you to succeed stew Is is a very good man and pushed me to the end and we did it .....highly recommended so for anyone looking for lessons get in contact with ksl thanks guys so happy 10/10

Fantastic experience: After struggling with previous instructors in the past, today I passed with Graham turney, with 1 minor fault. He’s honestly taught me so so well and gained my confidence right up. He made me feel comfortable and at ease at all times. Honestly couldn’t have done it without him keeping me calm before the test. Negative experience: We chose KSL because our son used them a few years ago and was happy with Karen his instructor. Graham was the instructor this time. First impressions were not great:- Graham went to the wrong address on the first lesson! Second time Graham forgot that it was our daughter's lesson! I found him unprofessional and his attitude was not encouraging/positive at all. He made unnecessary comments to our daughter on a couple of occasions. She mentioned the interior of the car was not exactly clean either! We cancelled the balance of the block booking and was happy to pay the difference as she hadn't completed the 10 hours but was informed of a £10 administration charge to do a bank transfer into my account!!

Fantastic experience: Passed my test today with four faults after failing my first. My instructor, Graham Turney, was absolutely brilliant. I immediately felt comfortable with him and really appreciated his honesty whilst I was learning - this massively helped me to iron out my faults! Went into the test feeling much more confident with Graham as my instructor. For anyone wanting an instructor, highly recommend Graham and KSL driving school
