Fantastic experience: Passed my test with Max, he has been a great instructor, supportive and will help you to improve on your driving and work on your flaws to help you pass with little to no minors, his lessons have been informative and has helped me pass, cheers, would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Max is the best driving instructor in Swansea, there's no question about it. Max is an encyclopedia of knowledge and expertise. I thought I had learnt how to drive before but was I wrong. Every lesson I learnt something knew or something convenient. The lessons are structured with alot of intellectual thought behind them. Whether it is road safety , road confidence, manovures or junctions. The lessons are done with an intent to teach the pupil. He teaches you how to walk before teaching you how to run ( pacings being different per pupil). The lessons also aren't boring , time will fly by really quickly. Taking the lesson plans and combining Max's patience, his ability to articulate ,explain mistakes ,give praise and in my opinion the greatest factor that contributed to my growth was his ability to let you do it on your own. I personally recommend Max , I passed with only 3 minors. But in my opinion the only reason I passed was because I managed to save the test at a tense point was because of Max. His lessons and expertise gave me the confidence to tackle any scenario that was put before me. Thank you for everything Max , I will definitely see you around , maybe even on the M4. Stay in good health.

Negative experience: Speeding through a 20mph at 40+ isn't a very good look for a driving instructor, is it? Take it easy please, other people value their lives

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend !! Max is an outstanding instructor. If you follow his process of lessons and then mocks it prepares you to the highest possible level for a test. I passed 1st time with very few faults. He couldn't be more willing or harder working. He activley moves his diary around for tests meaning you can take tests as soon as your ready. He's calm and a pleasure to be with in the car. Having had instructors I haven't responded well to, max is the complete oppersite. Once again I highly recommend !

I had learnt the basics of controlling a vehicle when I began lessons with him and he was very quick to evaluate what I needed to work on to achieve test standard. Positive experience: This instructor certainly was happy to teach and adapt depending on what was working to a point. We spent time on issues practicing repeatedly especially parking and hills which was great. City driving or busy faster more complicated roundabouts so multiple lanes- I was not able to learn as well. I would say for someone who was not nervous the instructor would be better suited to. I had a couple of communication issuess where instead of saying there was no availability for a few weeks just heard nothing. I was also told I can go for my test when actually it became clear to instructors I have had since that I was not safe/ ready to be entered. Like with many instructors I was just ghosted at the end and would have rather just been told I would no longer be getting lessons. Even if it was a couple weeks after - maybe there was an incident. But by that point I think we had done the best we could together. Not every instructor is the right one for you.
