Fantastic experience: Craig’s approach and teaching method has been fantastic. The ‘mock tests’ and assessments were very worthwhile and a much needed confidence boost which got my son through his test with flying colours!

Fantastic experience: I had an incredible learning experience with Phillips Driving Academy. The lessons were definitely the highlight of my week, and I always looked forward to getting stuck in and learning with Craig. His advanced driving techniques are top-notch, and he teaches them in such an engaging way. Craig's positive attitude and great personality made every lesson enjoyable and fun. I couldn’t recommend Brad and Craig enough – they’re both fantastic!

He was instrumental in helping me to regain my confidence in driving, (after holding a Caribbean licence for 12 years and not driving for 5 years). He is brilliant as he tailors his teachings to the individual. He is an effective communicator who explains clearly. He is very patient, thorough and teaches you to be competent and independent for all roads: motorways, highways, tricky roundabouts, narrow roads... Thank you Craig for your guidance, helping me pass my driving test and enabling me to be prepared for challenging driving situations.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Craig enough…. Before going with Craig I really dreaded driving and never imagined being able to pass my test. He’s been so patient and professional and made lessons really enjoyable :) don’t bother searching around for instructors…. Craig is the one to get you through test!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Brad if you're looking for an instructor. He's reliable, calm and knows how to make you feel confident on the road. We start every lesson with a clear goal in mind that's tailored to my current needs, and by the end of the 2 hours have always made great progress. During the lessons he keeps things light, having a laugh and a chat whilst also letting me focus on driving. He's always clear about how to handle new situations on the road, but encourages me to make my own decisions so that I can become a more independent driver. Whenever I do make mistakes, he doesn't get frustrated - he provides calm, constructive feedback to help me improve, often highlighting the things I've done well so as to keep me feeling confident. I look forward to every lesson, and have made huge progress in the few months I've been learning. Cheers Brad!

I couldn’t have passed without Craig, id left it ridiculously last minute to get a couple lessons as there were a few faults I needed to touch up on and Craig really helped to make sure these were spot on for my test. I enjoyed my lessons with him as it was comfortable and fun therefore boosted my confidence while driving. Despite the lessons being fun and enjoyable they really benefited me and got me up to where I needed to be. 2 weeks ago I definitely would not have been at test standard. Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant service provided by Craig, would highly recommend. My daughter needed some brushing up before her test, she left it till last minute but Craig came to the rescue and got her test ready and she passed first time. Brad is a great driving instructor and I am thoroughly enjoying the lessons we have together. He is calm and reassuring. Fantastic experience: I can not say how much I would recommend Craig Phillips. We asked Craig to help us when our son had lost a bit of confidence and needed some bad habits coached out of him. Craig did exactly what he said he would and before Josh passed you could see a huge difference in his driving and confidence. If you need a driving instructor in Droitwich or surrounding area I wouldn't waste your time looking around, just give Craig a call, your son or daughter will thank you, trust me!

I was a very anxious driver before I started lessons with Craig. I’ve been trying to learn to drive for about 3 years now and already had 3 previous instructors. Craig has helped me overcome my driving anxiety which has allowed me to progress to a stage where I can drive safely and calmly. Lessons with Craig are always a laugh but also very knowledgeable. He explains things very well which allows you to drive properly and with confidence. Would recommend Craig to anyone wanting to drive (especially anxious drivers) as he is very relaxed but also pushes you to do better each week and to get test ready.

Fantastic experience: Despite having passed my test a few years ago, I was never a very confident driver and so I decided I would need some refresher lessons before getting back on the road. I can honestly say my confidence grew more in two hours with Craig than in all of the tuition I had had with previous driving instructors. Craig is incredibly patient and just seems to have a knack for explaining things very clearly. Above all else, whereas with previous instructors I never had fun driving, with Craig I actually enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to build their confidence after a few years off the road.

He is a upbeat and friendly, a fantastic teacher that adapts and perseveres to find the best teaching style for me.
