Fantastic experience: I came here to get my C1 license, on the Monday was my first time driving a large vehicle and on Friday I passed first time. The training was great and all staff were super knowledgeable and supportive throughout. I would 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Driver Training Wales was absolutely brilliant! I did my LGV training with them Nov 24. The instructors are very knowledgeable, patient and ensure that you understand all aspects of the training. Paul and Richard were fantastic, making the learning process smooth, effective and fun. (All the staff at Driver Training Wales that I came across were great, good bunch of guys) I felt well-prepared and confident when it came to taking my test at the end of the training and passed 1st time. Fantastic experience: I recently acquired my class 1 HGV licence (Fast track from car licence) and I can't thank DTW enough. The whole team were relaxed, professional, and hugely knowledgeable which resulted in passing my practical tests first time! Shout out to Leighton for his teaching and experience in the cab! Fantastic experience: Absolutely landed, can’t fault DTW at all, within 2 years of having my car license Terry got me through my class 2, and then Layton not even a year later put up with training me got me through my class 1 first time!!! Fantastic experience: Passed both my class 2 and my class 1 first time. I Was put through all my tests including theories and cpc no fuss. I had Richie both times he was absolutely fantastic and very clear with how to pass your test. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Really disappointed!!! Back in March I called up this centre to book in my class 2 He’s a great sales man said he could fit me in next week. I was promised 3 days training and my test on the Friday. Unfortunately I only had 2 days training and then failed my test due to undue hesitation on a busy stretch of road. All at the cost of £1300 I was then promised a retest! Baring in mind this was in March! I’m sat here writing this in July! He said at the time (March) there aren’t any tests available online until June. But cancellations come up weekly. Test have come up in the mean time but I still haven’t received one. He said some tests are in different areas from were they trained me in. (Outside Swansea) So it’s probably best I have my test where I was trained (Yes when you pay that sort of money it would be helpful)! When I questioned; why he didn’t book me in for a retest for June just after I failed in March he just talked at me making excuses. With my faith failing with this company I’ve had to book in with a different company at a cost of £1100 to finish what they started. I feel it was a complete waist of money and time going through this company! As I’ve been lead down the garden path…. they’ve been paid and I’m clearly not a priority. I feel that the next company I’ve booked into sound more professional and organised. Unfortunately for myself it’s going to cost me £2500 to get my class 2 in total including my theory…
