Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Andrew as my driving instructor. He was extremely patient and he helped me built up my driving confidence. His explanations were clear and concise, making it easy for me to learn. I highly recommend Andrew to anyone who is looking for a supportive and knowledgeable driving instructor. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience learning to drive with Andrew. As an older learner, I found certain aspects challenging and hadn’t been able to find an instructor who understood my learning style. Andrew was patient and made everything so much clearer, especially with roundabouts. No matter how many mistakes I made, he always remained positive and helped me improve. Fantastic experience: I'm so grateful to Andrew for teaching our daughter. She was quite nervous to begin with but Andrew's calm, kind patience quickly helped her overcome that. She's made huge progress in a short time and he's also helped her quickly transfer from automatic to manual transmission. Couldn't ask for better. We'd thoroughly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Andrew has been absolutely brilliant. His calm manner really helped me. Andrew also provides progress sheets and info on his car and what will happen on test day. Fantastic experience: Prepares you very well for the driving test, and answers any and all questions you have about the driving test too. Andrew is also a friendly person to have lessons with, which is certainly an added bonus! Everything i was taught was useful, and no lesson was wasted with nothing learned. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to learn by the book how to pass the practical driving test.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend Andrew more! Before I started lessons with him, I was very nervous about driving and didn't feel that I would ever manage to feel confident behind the wheel. However, Andrew's very calm and common sense approach to teaching completely changed my feelings about driving, and I'm happy to say that - due to his help - I passed my test at the first attempt today. His lessons really develop your driving skills, and the atmosphere is always friendly and pressure-free, so you don't panic about making mistakes. Andrew would be an excellent teacher for any learner driver, but I especially urge anyone who has felt overwhelmed by nerves or anxiety about learning to drive to book lessons with him. He is incredibly patient and kind and I’m certain that without his guidance and approach that I wouldn’t have been able to build on my confidence and pass first time. He goes above and beyond to support you and provides additional learning materials to help you as well as monitor your progress. Fantastic experience: Throughout my time learning with Andrew he was kind, patient and explained things in a way that was very easy for me to understand. He helped me with a few things that I needed to brush up on before my test and gave me really good pointers which have helped me and I will carry with me on my journey. Andrew is based in north Berwick/ Haddington and his lesson prices are really reasonable and fair. He’s gave me loads of confidence in areas of my driving where I wasn’t confident before. Every time I had a lesson with Andrew it was nothing but good vibes and a happy lesson. He’s a 12/10 instructor and I’m very grateful and lucky to have met him and have him as my instructor it’s been an absolute honour Thankyou Andrew, have a good Christmas and a happy new year to you and your family when it comes !!

Fantastic experience: Andrew is patient, kind, knowledgeable - asks all the right questions to get the new driver thinking about the why and how behind the answers rather than just learning stuff off by heart. Fantastic experience: Andrew was great at instructing and extremely clear when explaining things. He also has a lot of knowledge of driving test routes and key points for driving tests which is very useful when practicing to pass your test. There was always a chill atmosphere in the car during lessons and I would highly recommend to anyone learning to drive.

Fantastic experience: Such an excellent teacher and coach! Patient, clear, tremendously helpful and full of imaginative ideas that helped me get a better perspective on the differences in driving from country to country. I am from the U.S. and was fairly anxious since much differs with driving in the U.K., Andrew has a keen sense of how to best bring understanding to the process of getting on the road and I imagine I would have failed repeatedly had it not been for him.

Fantastic experience: Andrew's training plan for taking a driving test in Haddington was very organised and well thought-out. The digital materials supplied and checklists of the area alongside everything you can expect to tackle on your test were tracked and marked during my progress. As an older driver trying to pass their test for a third time I was very anxious. Andrew's calm training etiquette helped me practice in good time and helped build confidence over 6 weeks. I'm delighted to say I passed my test with flying colours (2 minors) and can't recommend Andrew enough.
