I contacted Sash and he immediately responded and agreed to give me last minute driving lessons and to hire his car for test date. Negative experience: I regret to say that my experience with Mr. Sash, the driving instructor, was extremely disappointing. I had booked my driving test with him, specifically for a manual car, and everything was set. However, just 30 minutes before my test, he informed me that his car was in the workshop and wouldn’t be available. The most frustrating part is that he had known about this issue since the day before but chose not to inform me sooner. As a driving instructor, Mr. Sash should be well aware of how difficult it is to secure a driving test date. Waiting until the last minute to notify me not only showed a lack of professionalism but also left me without any alternatives. I ended up losing both time and money, having traveled 6 hours based on the trust I placed in him. If Mr. Sash had informed me as soon as he knew about his car's breakdown, I might have been able to make other arrangements. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Overall, this experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

I highly recommend going with Sash I booked a last minute test in Ipswich and Sash was the only instructor in the area willing to take me on. He went out of his way to give me 4 hours of lessons on the Sunday before the test, picked me up / dropped me off at the train station (I was coming in from London), and gave an hour of instruction before the test. I've driven for years in the US but found that driving in the UK and the exam expectations are very different - but with Sash's instruction I quickly felt comfortable on the roads and knew exactly what was expected of me in the practical exam.
