Negative experience: Unfortunate I did not have a very good experience with Ali, his teaching system is not the best, he assured me that I would not pass my test in April, fortunately I changed instructors and with only 10 classes I passed my Driving test on the first attempt and with only 2 minors .

Negative experience: I booked a 2hr session with Ali to start preparing for my UK driving test - I have a foreign driving licence, have had driving lessons before - enough to move the car around and park with no jumps or stalls. As I told Ali I haven't had driven in 10 years, I think he was interfering a lot and was trying to make me believe I should take lessons from ground zero up (needing 50hrs as someone who does not even know how to release a pedal or break properly. Even though I found his instrcutions to be clear, his evaluation of my level was dishonest and leaning towards making me take more classes rather than helping me.

Fantastic experience: My experience of learning with Ali was 5 stars. We started our lessons mid-December and just three months later, he had me ready to pass my test. His teaching style is firm and patient, and he quickly helps you identify and rectify your weak points. He is also flexible and punctual - able to adapt to your schedule and never cancelled any lessons. Having passed my driving test on the first try (with zero faults!), I only have Ali to thank and I could not recommend him more as a driving instructor! Thank you for all the guidance Ali. :)

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Ali more as a driving instruction. I’ve just passed my test first time with only a few minors thanks to his training over the past year. These are the reasons I would recommend him: - he is first and foremost a fantastic teacher : Ali was excellent at breaking down areas that I needed to work on and repeat them until I was extremely comfortable with them - Ali is extremely patient, I’ve made some mistake dozens of times and he never shows even the slightest frustration and instead tries to think of new ways to explain things - he is very accommodating - I have some difficult working hours and he always finds time to teach me , even sometimes on short notice - he is overall very kind and pleasant to speak to. Thanks again !!

Negative experience: i found driving with Ali very negative and not encouraging as a learner. his feedback style was consistently telling me i was "not test standard" and i was on track to fail my test months before my test was booked which is not helpful or motivating as a teacher. i understand as a learner you are on a journey to get those skills but consistent negative feedback is not the way to reassure or motivate a learner. i bought a class pack which i didn't even finish (and is non refundable) as i had such a poor teaching experience. i found myself a much better driver outside the lessons as the negative attitude made me very anxious and stressed and was actually hindering my confidence.

Negative experience: I recently paid for a course of 10 hours with Ali. I do not think he is a good fit for a complete beginner. I never felt like he was particularly concerned with my progress, building a relationship with me or indeed that he was prepared for our lessons. The lessons were repetitive and made no allowance for the fact I was struggling.

Fantastic experience: Guys Ali is the man. I’m not a naturally gifted driver and wasn’t very hopeful about passing but Ali is extremely patient, trains you so you are actually a competent driver and gets you test ready at the right pace. I just passed with one minor only, but also feel ready to take on the road as a confident driver (vs. passing as a fluke and never driving again!). Plus he’s just a lovely guy, always on time and a joy to drive with. It’s a no brainer. Get driving with Ali!!!

Fantastic experience: Highly professional, punctual and dedicated, Ali goes above and beyond the requirements for the practical test. Many of his teachings are useful whether you are driving a car, riding a bike or even as a pedestrian. With about 7 weeks of lessons I was able to pass the test on my first try, with no minor faults.

Fantastic experience: I took driving 16 hours of driving lessons from Ali and passed my test at Hither Green driving center with just 2 minor faults. Ali was very punctual and was available on the weekends for lessons, which was a huge help for me as I was working full-time. He also helped me overcome bad driving habits accumulated over years of driving in other countries. Fantastic experience: I put a very tough task in front of Ali: crash course in three lessons to get me from not having driven for 10 years to being able to drive in Italy less than a week later. Fantastic experience: With more than 20 years' driving in the US, I needed experience driving on the left, and no doubt, eliminating years of accumulated bad habits. Ali's training was just the thing. He quickly assessed my abilities and got to work correcting my bad habits. Result - passed the first time with zero faults. I highly recommend!
