Negative experience: I had a really bad experience with Salma. She’s got such bad communication so she always cancelled my lessons without any prior notice or gave it away to other people and forced me to choose a different slot. She only cares about filling her pockets, she got me to extend my test and now with only 5 weeks to my driving test she’s fully booked and has no room for any more students for the next 4 weeks. AVOID AVOID, she will just waste your time, money and efforts!!

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with them especially salma . She is autocratic . She shouts at you if you express your opinion. She gives you instructions and then each time she repeats it and when i told her that let me do it myself so as when i do a mistake i can learn from my mistakes coz she already told me what to do on the roundabouts but then she was upset and said she is the leader and she will never accept a comment from a student . Not professional at all . Despite being rude to me i tried to grasp the situation and book a lesson again but then she said she will not keep up on giving me lessons but thanks god i already found another instructor who is even cheaper

Negative experience: This instructor uses his phone whilst driving the vehicle. Not really sure if this is someone that should be teaching people the rules of the road. Pretty sure it's the boss, who drives the white Citroen. Be aware

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Steve to anyone, he goes above and beyond to help in anyway he can to get the result you need. I had a last minute test with only 4 days notice which i booked accidentally so Steve came to my work with a list of show me tell me questions on the same day. He also rearranged his other lessons to accommodate for my last minute test. I passed first time with only 4 minors. Steve has a sense of humour like no other that completely puts you at ease whilst learning. Thank you so much Steve you were great!!

Negative experience: I hate to say that but this is the worst ever driving school I have come across with. Unprofessional, biased and condescending and derogatory. They would lie to you straight on face, discourage you and would keep on minting money from your pocket on the premise of giving you more lessons. My instructor kept on delaying my test and then finally asked me to book a test after 6 months to finally betray me just 3 days before. What a waste of him. Unprofessional. Learn driving from your family member with an app . Only one genuine advise please do not learn driving from this school or you ll end up wasting money. This is waste of a driving school.

Fantastic experience: I passed first time thanks to John for his teaching and mentorship. I started as a complete novice to driving. John gently guided me through all the stages. I was allowed time to learn and practice. John gradually increased the complexity of manoeuvres and skills. I always felt comfortable making mistakes and learning. John was always calm in his mannerisms even when frustration would’ve been justified. Great Teacher and Mentor. I would definitely recommend anyone to go with Passtime and really listen to the instructors rather then thinking of yourself as expert because these guys have spent a long time in the field so their input is extremely accurate and reliable.

Fantastic experience: Passed test today. My instructor was Richard. He is such a good teacher and very tolerant and calm as always. He would pinch you so much when you make mistakes while driving that on test day you avoid those errors. Highly recommended.

He is always laughing and joking making lessons very enjoyable and less nerve racking from the start. It has been a great experience learning with him and will miss the lessons. Fantastic experience: Steve is an amazing instructor…so good that I passed my test first time! He made the lessons enjoyable with his funny sense of humour. No judgement and definitely no embarrassment, I had a previous instructor who taught me nothing but after being with pass time driving school I learnt so much more not only to drive but also taught me tips on how to be a safe driver! The prices are so reasonable and certainly worthwhile. You will leave every lesson with more and more confidence and always an excitement to say “see you next week!!”. Fantastic experience: My instructor at Passtime was incredibly understanding and helped me un-learn all the bad habits I had picked up with other instructors in the past (from other places). When there was something I was struggling a little with, my instructor took the time to teach me in a different way that helped me understand things better. I needed lessons during evenings and weekends only which they were able to accommodate for. Passed first time last week, could not give a higher recommendation :)

Negative experience: This chap instructed a young lady to cut me up on a busy roundabout and then got her to stop busy traffic to verbally abuse me, to a point other motorists had to keep on peeping their horn to get him to carry on with his lesson, very rude and abusive!!! I feel really sorry for the young lady on her lesson!

Fantastic experience: I was struggling to find a driving instructor. Nobody phoned me back! I placed one call to Passtime and John phoned me back within the hour and booked me in straight away. On my first lesson John made me feel very comfortable and explained everything using direction or diagrams. He instilled confidence in me and his instruction was relaxed. The car was excellent too! Always very clean and brand new. (With parking sensors which is a reassuring bonus). John was punctual at all times and on the day of my test he gave me confidence that I was struggling to find. I passed my test first time today with flying colours and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Passtime. A thoroughly amazing company that I am very Grateful to have used. A++

After having my confidence knocked and my time wasted with a previous instructor, Dave helped build my confidence and improved my driving by incredible amounts each and every lesson. He's friendly and professional as well as honest - which made for the perfect instructor. No time was wasted and I passed first time with only 3 minors. I'm now confident and comfortable driving on my own. Nothing is rushed, no pressure is put onto you and you improve at your own pace. Excellent driving school.

Fantastic experience: Steven Hulson has got to be the best driving instructor around. He's the main reason why I feel at ease behind the wheel. He has very specific techniques and ways of making methods memorable and entertaining. I passed first time and he even went as far as to give me a lesson on the motorway just to give me an extra push. He was honest when I asked if he thought I was ready to put in for my test and he won't let you go until he knows 99.999999% that you're going to pass, he's such a great instructor, he's a laugh as well.
