Fantastic experience: Learning to drive with Naila was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the very first lesson, I felt comfortable and confident thanks to their calm, patient, and professional approach. As a beginner, I was quite nervous, but Naila made sure to explain everything clearly and never rushed me. Their encouraging attitude helped me build confidence quickly, hence pass my driving exam first time.

Fantastic experience: I just want to share how grateful I am for Naila to be my instructor. She’s been such an amazing instructor and really felt like a mum to me she doesn’t shout and she’s straight forward and helps you learn everything from scratch . I started in September2024 and now have passed January 2025 ! Naila truly puts her heart into her job and her support made all the difference. I’m so thankful for everything she’s done for me and it’s sad our 2 hour drives have now come to an end . I will remain in touch with her and would definitely recommend to anyone I meet !!

I had a bad experience with another instructor from a large company, but as soon as I met Naila I knew I made the right choice and I’m glad I took lessons with her! From the first lesson, she made me feel so comfortable, treating me like family. She helped me build my confidence in my driving abilities and would always explain things in a way that was easy for me to understand with her drawings. Her mock tests were key to my success, and I wouldn’t have passed without her support! Naila is the kindest, most patient instructor I’ve ever met, and I learned so much from her. Fantastic experience: Passed manual first time today with Naila Alhamdulillah! I'm grateful for the time I spent with her as she taught me and treated me like her own daughter. Fantastic experience: My mum used to come to Nila 12 years ago and my mum sent me to her straight after I turned 17 years old and I had the best experience with her she helped me improve and become a very good driver and I did my driving test today and passed 1st time. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Naila she managed to get my son to pass his driving test in 5 months. Starting from scratch for a 17 year old passing within in his first 5 months of being 17 is an amazing achievement both for Naila and him. Naila was professional and extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. I will be recommending her to other and will be using her again for my other children when they are old enough. Thanks Naila keep up the good supportive work.

Fantastic experience: Great driving instructor, was able to get me to test standard in 20 hours which allowed to me to pass first time.

Fantastic experience: Naila is a very great driving instructor and I have pass first try alhumdullilah. She made sure to remove any issues I was struggling with for example stay in the center of lane etc. However I did go for my test without passing the mock test and still passed. But still this does depend on the day and on your practice. Overall she is a very great instructor mashaallah.

After having 2 unprofessional instructors, I found Naila Driving School on the internet and decided to book with her and couldn’t have made a better decision! Fantastic experience: Naila is one of the greatest instructors out there, she would make sure that my driving was perfect and that 0 mistakes were made especially during the mock tests to make sure I was 100% ready as well as working around my exam times making sure that after my break from driving due to exams, I would come back stronger and continue to keep going and be motivated. Because of this, I passed my driving test. I would highly recommend her!!!

Fantastic experience: I I don’t have words that can describe and pay gratitude to the most amazing and best driving instructor Naila. She is absolutely professional, patient and genuinely cares and wants the student to be safe on the road. I have been lucky to have Naila as my instructor and thankful to her for transforming me into a confident driver on the road. I have passed my exam in first attempt and truly enjoyed entire experience of learning. My relationship with Naila began towards quarter end of 2019 after my mother and my older brother, who had also passed using Naila as a driving instructor, introduced us. Due to covid 19 restrictions and my ankle operation prevented me from taking lessons for a year, my experience has been somewhat unique. Despite this, Naila encouraged me and supported me at all times. She never gave up on me, and as soon as I was better, we resumed our driving lessons. In the beginning of 2023, I finally passed my test on the first attempt I can confidently state that if you have Naila as your instructor you will be on the right path to learn how to drive and become a confident and safe driver on the road.Thank you Naila and respect to you for turning my dreams into reality!!!

Fantastic experience: Had issues before with another instructor I then came to Naila and it was the best decision I made. Very good teaching technique taught to a very high standard with a lot of patience. Passed with 1 minor fault couldn’t be more happy thank you Naila.

Fantastic experience: Very great lessons. Talked me through everything and didn’t shout or talk aggressively when i made mistakes. Naila was very patient and talked me through my mistake and how to avoid it. If an instructor shouted, it would have made me feel less confident and would have affected my progress so talking me through it really helped me. Also provided me with videos i could watch in my own time which were very useful. Unfortunately, moving away and having to switch instructors is not a great feeling however, I learned all the fundamentals with Naila and can say with 100% certainty that I feel a lot more confident than when i started. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Around Dec 2021 I was looking for an instructor and through mutual friends and family I was recommended to go with Naila. As I’ve saved up a lot I decided to get multiple 1.5 hour lessons per week, and over the course of 2-3 months of 35 hours driving I passed first time. This wouldn’t have been possible without Naila’s masterclass teaching. Without going long; she’s always on time. I’ve never had once where I had to wait since she was never late. Her lessons are very efficient, even the 1 hour lessons you’ll find it very useful as she makes the most of it. Her style of teaching is straightforward and disciplined, which may seem harsh initially however it crafts you into an amazing driver, and by the time you sit the test it’ll be so easy. And lastly Naila as a person is just very nice and welcoming. Her hospitality whilst you’re in the drivers seat is great. Even though I’ve passed I slightly miss the company of driving around with Naila every week . But overall, it’s worth the price, straightforward and an enjoyable journey. Couldn’t recommend more!

Negative experience: After taking around 17 driving lessons, she told me she’s reducing her working hours (fine), but will no longer continue to instruct me. Very unprofessional, as I have to find someone else now and start again. The star is for being kind during lessons. Edit: Previous lessons typically started at 8:50am. Also messaged saying she is only seeing students who’s tests have been booked now.
